Rediculous, there is dead air if you answer and a busy signal if you call 1 443-390-1400.  I'm even on the no call registry,

they keep calling me, who are they?

These people are from nigeria and trying to get you to give them bank info by saying you owe money and are being sued.  I have dealt with them in the past when they were known as ACS and now they have a different name Matrix.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO AND TELL THEM OFF!!!  They will stop.

I am receiving harassing phone calls from the following numbers, some of which belong to Global Crossing. Please make these calls stop, as they are coming in anywhere from 4 to 8 times a day, and every day there are new numbers added to this list, increasing the volume of calls.

I will be pursuing this to the fullest extent, including local authorities if possible, until the calls STOP completely. If you need more information from me to make this happen, please let me know.

got a call from number that says +443-390-1400 on my phone today twice. answered the second time foreign guy barely could understand said something about being from Matrix and i qualified to start a home business...right when i heard that I hung up on him, hope he doesn't call back. most likely a SCAM if they are calling soliciting something!

This is the link that I received when I looked them up.  Some lady answered and said that someone might've have written my number down incorrectly.  She said that she'd remove me from the call list.  Got 2 calls already today + 1 unknown # call and no one ever answered.  call, 888-222-4227 & press anything to get an operator.  I hit 1 for spanish but i'm English-speaking.  Still got help.

I have received several calls this morning while at work. Also 443-390-1500. A co-worker answered my phone once.  they asked for me by name and said they were calling from India.  I hung up right away when they handed me the phone. I called my cell phone carrier.  I listed this number as ongoing harassment calls.  I don't know what they want.

I am getting these calls too, about 6 times a day, morning, afternoon, evening, night, doesn't matter to them.  They say that I recently expressed interest in owning my own business.  I finally talked to the guy today to try to get them to stop.  The guy says his name is Scott.  He has a very thick accent, I would guess from India.  He asked me if I was still interested in starting my own business, I said no.  He then proceeds to confirm my phone number and that I am interested.  I repeated that I was NOT interested.  He said, ok sorry sir, and hung up.  Will this be the end of it?
