Keep calling, but no one on the other end.  "Stop Calling"

This number calls me several times a week. When they called today I had my son tell them to not call back. They called back 3 more times. The third time I answered and the caller pretended to have an Indian accent until I started yelling at him. He then quickly reverted back to his american ways and said that if I had the name of the person who called me that he would be sure the reprimand them.

I told him that I was calling the FTC to report which I have. I am also going to post their informaton in my blog on Facebook and set as a recurring stream on Twitter. With a "this business makes harassing phone calls to people on the do not wanted list. They have been reported 84 time to the BBB. Do not do Business with them!

I would like to teach them that the power of the internet is much more efficient in marketing to clients than making harrassing cold cals to people who don't want to hear from them.

I invite and encourage you to do the same. Maybe if enough people pass around the word Abode Air will not have a business to have to call about!!!

these people clog my home, my cell phone and my son's cell...I get up to 10 calls a day between the three...what the heck is going on with these people...why do they call and when you answer they hang up ??? they have called at 7:30 am and 9pm ...thanks for listening folks...at least I know I'm not just going crazy with this number...

I have received 11 calls in the last 2 weeks. They were expelled from the BBB.
They have multiple complaints with Registrar of contractors, have had tax leins filed
against them, and appear to have a history with the AZ Dept of corrections.

Abode Air actually called and threatened to "hurt" me after I filed a complaint with the BBB and the FCC.

This company's calls have been non-stop despite the fact that we are on the National Do Not Call Registry.  I have asked them repeatedly to remove our name from their list and to STOP CALLING!

I filed a complaint with the AZ Chapter of the BBB.  Abode Air responded to the BBB complaint saying they would take me off their call list.  They had the audacity to call me again 2 days later.  I rejected Abode's resolution promise, and the BBB just closed the complaint as an "unresolved" complaint.  They did nothing else!

I also filed a complaint with the FCC.  I received a confirmation from the FCC that they were investigating, but no further details.

On Monday, November 8th, Abode called, said nothing and hung up on me.  They called me back 8 minutes later, and the man said, "So you're gonna file a lawsuit, huh?"  So you're looking to get some money, huh?  Sounds like you need some hurtin'.  We're gonna take care of that!  Oh, we're gonna take care of you real good!"  I haven't filed a lawsuit against them, so I have no idea what this guy was talking about.  I was in such complete shock that I didn't say anything.  We called our local police department and after getting some attitude from one police officer, we got someone to take our complaint seriously.  The police department called Abode and instructed them not to call again, or harrassment charges will be filed against them.  We've been Adobe call-free for 3 days now, but I am cautiously optimistic that the calls will stop.

The terrible part ---- They have successfully frightened me beyond belief in my own home!  The complaint filed with the BBB included my home address, and it sounds as though the BBB just mails your complaint to the company, so now these criminals have my home address.  I'm scared to death!

How can a company like this exist in this day and age, and how is it that no one is doing anything to stop them?  Countless complaints have been filed against them with the BBB and I am in complete disbelief about how this company can be allowed to harrass and threaten people in their own homes.

I am receiving calls every week from the same numbers.  Unfortunately, I thought that this firm was Adobe Air.  If you will notice next time, it is ABODE AIR!  I complained to the BBB against Adobe Air myself and received a call from the owner of Adobe.  He is a nice guy and isgetting his firm's reputation ruined by this scam artist called ABODE AIR.

I  have been filing complaints with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) against ABODE AIR for their calls.  When the FTC gets enough compaints they will prosecute ABODE AIR for viiolating the Federal Do Not Call Directory rules, which state that if you have registered your number on the directory as a "Do Not Call" number and a company calls you without your OK, they are subject to some very big fines.

Please help all irritated consumers by registering your phone number on the Federal Do Not Call Directory at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2.  After you register you number there, you can file a complaint with the FTC at the same site.

Help stomp out the bad guys like ABODE AIR!

I hope you file complaints with the National Do Not Call Directory each time these sleeze bags call you!  Go online to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2 each time they call.  We need more consumers to make noise and the feds will take care of our slime bags in Tempe.

Threats of physical violence related to do not call for telemarketing

It has been over a month since I received a threatening call from Abode Air after filing complaints with the BBB and FCC.

I just wanted to report that Abode Air has stopped calling our home and seem to finally have left us alone.  I hope this is permanent.

I want to encourage anyone that has received persistent calls from this company to take action and file complaints with the BBB, FCC and FTC.  

Posting complaints on websites such as this and trying to "get back" at the company by calling them persistently might make you feel better because you think that you are getting justice.  In the end, the only way to stop Abode Air is to file complaints with the appropriate organizations that have the power to "shut them down".

Call went directly to my fax/printer.  Expenting calls but none from this number.  I dearly hope that we might be able to STOP calls from this number - 480-379-1002.

They have been calling me for 6 years despite my very polite pleas to stop! Today I lost it and found the number to the owners cell phone 480-510-4032 and he was sooooooo rude and mean to me! This is now war and I'm posting his number all over every site I can find!! He drove me to it!

This was a long process -- I filed complaints with the BBB (useless, the BBB does nothing in the end) and the FCC.  The FCC is tracking this closely and will fine them or shut them down if they get more complaints.  Abode Air called and threatened me physically after I filed the complaints.  It took our local police department to call them and warn them never to call us again, but in the end, the complaint I filed with the FCC did the trick!

Trying to "get back" at the company by calling them persistently might make you feel better because you think that you are getting justice, BUT it will not stop aBode in the end. (notice the name of the company is aBode, not aDobe -- these are two different companies -- the bad guys are in Tempe.....the good guys that have nothing to do with this are in Mesa.)
