this is a political call center located in Mesa, AZ.  address 1201 S. Alma School Rd, Suite 10500, Mesa, AZ.  85210.  It is a fundraising and advertising company that provides telephone contaact services to clients.  Contact Margaret DeMello, 2899 S Larkspur St, Gilbert, AZ 85295.  Her home number is 480-899-7680 and fax is 480-603-3791.   She is the one who hires the people who are doing the calling.  Maybe if we all call her a dozen times a day she might get the message, but I doubt it.

Has no one else realized that the complaints for this # go back at least to 2009? I just read them ALL and it's the same old crap. Got the call while on the phone and didn't pick up, tried to call it back and got the mailbox is full message. I cannot believe that it has gone on this long!!! Is there no one in Az with enough balls to go pull the phones out of the wall and slap some sense into these idiots? Print out these pages and take the police with you, file harassment suits, picket out front or just cut off their dialing fingers!!! Good Grief!!! 3 years and they're still at it?! There has to be a way to make them stop!!

Somehow this company is circumventing a lot of legalities including a myriad of false information and misrepresentation. It takes a long time to fully research it but here is what I've found:

The company name is PCC, LLC (or Political Call Center) but it appears to be a telemarketing firm.

I get calls from this number [480-649-2753] every day.  I stopped answering it lately because no one speaks at the other end.  They still keep calling.  Making me nervous!

Several times a week - calls my San Diego land line.

These calls come in every day, and yes, it is more than annoying. The best thing to do is check your caller ID, and if you do not recognize the number or the name, do not answer. The DoNotCall Registry does not cover any one other that light bulb sales people, etc. Charitable organizations, and political organizations or any other supposed non-profit organizations are exempt from the DNC Registry. Blocking the numbers is an exercise in futility, at least for us. Our phone company call blocker only handles 10 numbers and our Panasonic phone only handles 30 numbers. One of these companys alone, uses 22 "spoofed" numbers. There is even a company that shows on the caller ID as "Verification". I suppose they are calling to "verify" that they have called a valid number, and sell it to dozens of these idiots. As far as the political surveys are concerned, I believe they are just another scam. I do not believe they are actually affiliated with any party. Just calling with the purpose of bilking unsuspecting people out of their money. There is such a long list of these scammers that I am not sure there is enough paper to keep track of all of their numbers. Just ignore them. Kind of like when your mother told you to ignore the bullies at school. Maybe, just maybe then they will go away.

Getting calls at all hours from this number, No messages left.

We get a call from this number at least 3 times a week, usually more often than that. It's always tagged as "Mesa AZ" and I especially find that strange because my phone always lists the caller ID name with their last name first, a comma, than their first name (Ex: Smith, John)....
We've answered it a few times, then stopped because all we get when we answer is the sound of someone hanging up the phone and then a long buzzing noise. We thought someone may have been trying to fax somebody and got the wrong number, but that does not seem to be the case anymore... and we haven't had any threats. I just tried calling them back and got a dinging noise like a doorbell, and then "Thank you for calling. We are PCC, a Political Call Center dedicated to..." etc. I have no idea what's going on, and why they're calling out-of-state numbers.

They probably are benefiting from out messages.  They have to be affiliated with the Democratic Party or there would be a way to stop it by blocking it at no charge.

everyday twice aday for 2 weeks. Just put on call reject list.

I just called 480-603-3792, which is the managers line and told them to take me off of their call list.  We'll see if that works.

called at 8pm did not answer then hung up

CALL 866-642-0444 to reach Qwest/CenturyLink Corporation who is the carrier for 4806492753 and complain that you are being harassed by this number.  If WE ALL CALL we can put enough pressure on that Qwest/CenturyLink will drop them as a client.  Then we can all get some peace.  When they try another provider we can just call them until we snuff out every option they have.  This is a CALL TO ACTION.  If we all do it, this will work.  Who needs government when we can just use consumer pressure!
