I called the number back after they've been harassing me for weeks. It's a political call message. You can leave your number and they will remove within 5 days they say. So much for blocking your number!

I called back:  they answered PCC, a political call center that works with non-profit etc etc.  I couldn't write fast enough to get all the info.

Called at 11:48AM PST. Did not leave a message nor even wait for the answering machine to kick in.

I am registered on the National Do Not Call List I have reported this number to www.donotcall.gov

got a call from this number and they left no message.

I've received call sfrom this number almost every day for the past couple of weeks. Of course, they call during the day when I am at work and never leave a message. I don't need someone shoving their political agendas down my throat. I am sick and tired of the crap.

The number is 480-649-2753 the ID is Political Call.  I work from home and these people call every day and have been for a while.  Until today, i thought it was my local reps cold calling.  They started calling a night in an attempt to catch me.  I don't answer and they do not leave a message.

Keep getting calls from this number any hour of the day and they never say anything when I answer, usually hangs up. Today this happened and I immediately called back. My perception was a female perhaps black answered. I asked why she called and she said she didn't call. I told her someone just called and this number 4806492753 was on my caller ID so if she didn't call she had better investigate who is using her phone and that I was tired of the calls so to stop calling. She promptly said she didn't call and hungup. On a whim my wife suggested we type this number into a search engine on the internet and I found this has occurred many times to other people. So, someone needs to look into this promptly and discover who is behind this and why are they doing it.  The caller ID was MESA, ARIZONA with the above listed #.

Received call from this number on 5/18/10 at 8:13 pm, caller said nothing and I hung the phone up.  I don't know anyone in Arizona, suspicious call.

I keep getting calls from this number and they ask for Melinda. I've told them several times that they have the wrong number. It's always a guy speaking.

Got call from this number today on my land line.  Don't have caller ID but couldn't get to phone before call went to my answering machine.  No message left.  I don't know anyone in AZ.  My land line is unpublished and is on the DNC list.

If you talk to someone from this number or any other harassing number, if you are the "owner" of the number being called, and if you tell them not to call again, then you have a valid complaint against the caller if they call a second time.  Contact your local phone company and they will tell you what information you need to file a complaint.  It usually is the date, time, phone number from which the call was made and what was said.   You may need to give additional information.

I have gotten two calls in two days. When I answer, there is no one on the line.  When I call back it says, this mailbox is full.

I have my computer set to seven rings then it answers via my computer fax and gives whoever is calling an earful of chirps and bleeps. If I do not recognize the number on my caller id I immediately Google it and it generally tells me what it is associated with by the time it hits the sixth ring. If I feel playful I will answer and give them a song and dance like they never heard before otherwise I let them get chewed up by the fax machine.

PCC - Political Call Center --- Originating from Arizona.  Used mainly by right wing/conservative  Republicans to push differing agendas.

I get calls from this person EVERYDAY!!! I get when im at school and it gets me in sooooo much trouble. How can I make him stop???

Just called, went to voice mail, was a hang-up.
