I received a voice message to call Larry Garcia at this number in regards to an investigation of an auto accident I was supposedly in and he said it took place in Phoenix,Arizona in December of 2013. I am 87; live in Georgia; haven't had my driver's license in over 15 years and have never been in Arizona....

get call from this number, he ask my information but refuse give his information. Thanks for this forum

They say they are going to suspend my license for a wreck I didn't have!!!

I am currently dealing with the same exact situation. A man by the name of James Burlingame called me and said I was involved in a hit an run in a casino parking lot in Fresno, and my vehicle was identified by Fresno PD on a surveillance camera. I have never been to the casino, and on the date in question, my truck was parked at home—six hours away from said casino—with the keys on me. I have contacted the Fresno PD, which Mr. Burlingame told me I'd have to physically go to in order to get a copy of the police report, and they have no record of the incident. Furthermore, they don't have a casino in their jurisdiction. The casino in question has it's own police department, and when I contacted them, they also had no record of the alleged hit and run. They also didn't have any record of the report number Mr. Burlingame gave me and no officer that went by the name I was given as well.

This is a total scam, and I am in the process of reporting Recovery Partners and James Burlingame to the proper authorities. Do not fall for it.

Anyone on here being called for scams or anything go to better business bureau an they will handle everything an go further into investigations

Not quite sure about that. The BBB will deal with their own members but if the business is not registered with them they will do nothing. Why should they?.

Ray guy from some ins fraud co. Trying to get money. Can't believe he is still doing it.

They say he has to pay a debt from a car accident asap full balance and today they need half or they will suspend his license and the person he borrowed the car from even though he does not speak or see that person. And he does not work.Very weird..Called lawyers they said they will take care of it and i will continue to pay my debt the best i can with whatever work i can get here & there ..

He is still harassing and saying to pay or else. Ray Cortez.   How long can a scammer keep doing this???

Sorry Ithaca RP Solutions Employee, I don't believe you. Too many of us saying otherwise. I don't owe anything and they call and harass. They don't leave a message and don't answer the phone when I call them. You better do some checking and cleaning house.

Ray Cortez is a fake name.

They did the same thing to my wife who was in an accident.  We have full coverage, they are a scam!
