pa - catasauqua. Just because someone pays their bills a couple of days late does not mean that they are not a responsible citizen. Times are hard right now with the economy. Which would you rather no food in the house for your kids or your bills payed on time? I think any RESPONSIBLE CITIZEN would choose their kds well being over paying bills first!!

These guys call every day of the week, usually several times an hour, rarely leave a message and it gets pretty frustrating! I don't answer phone numbers I don't recognize...or basically unless I have them put into my phone and their name comes up.  Even when I do make my payment on time they can't seem to put my payment in correctly.  For a 180.48 payment they sent it through as 148! Then they start calling me the day it is due and harass me because they screw up!? They sent it through as a debt rather than a check too...so I go into the branch to make payments now...I refuse to send the check in to them! One call a day is more than enough to remind people they owe you money and try to get it from you...50+ a day...that is ridiculous! I will be paying this off ASAP and never deal with them again!

I make my payments twice a month and they do not credit it on the day you turn it in.  I take my payment to a branch office every two weeks, and for about 4 days after that, it is marked as payment pending.  And this is a money order that I pay my payment with, so it should not take 4-5 days to clear and process it.

Wells Fargo has not sent me a a statement in 3 months and I keep giving them check by phone that cost me an extra $10.00 what is up with that? I answered the phone and they hung up on me. Not very professional.

I am currently out of work and have requested that they let me voluntarily turn the car in. Their response- "We aren't a car dealership, we want our money not the car." I told them I have no job and no money to pay them. He then told me to sell the car and give them their money. I told him the car is not worth nearly the amount of the loan, then hung up because I got frustrated with them.

Put your political rep office phone as your phone number. They elected to give our tax dollars to help this so called bank and then they aquired another bank as well. Why make a tax payment to them and a car payment as well. That is going to the cookie jar one to many times. wouldnt you think?
They call me after 9 pm central which is a no no. They dont care about rules they think they are above them.

Like MANY other people on this website, I get multiple calls from Wells Fargo Daily from many different numbers.  We get it twice as bad as we have two vehicle loans through them.  I will NEVER EVER have another car loan from them again.  Sometimes they will call, and within minutes call back from the same number, then about 1/2 hour later we get a call again but from a different number.  They don't read previous notes and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing - bad business practices!  They call on the payment due date if it is not received, on holidays, Sundays, evenings, weekends - non-stop!

i get calls form this number person is rude my truck was trade in and sold he says to make a payment yeah right when the truck was traded in that would be dumb on my  part then wait untill they want to refund me my money we have closed all accounts with wells fargo they can wait unitll the dealership that bought the car pays them

What is Wells Fargo's problem? I have had this loan for 2 years..and never have I been so harassed as I have been this past month by them!! I got a call yesterday that said, "You are two days past due. When can we expect a payment?" I have a 10 day grace period!! What the hell is the problem? Are they ready to go belly up or what?484

Well This Guys call they even say they from the IRS department... F***** Clowns !! Lmao

I encourage everyone who encounters Wells Fargo to write them a letter demanding they cease ANY phone calls to you.  This is legal and Wells MUST stop under federal law.  Now, dont be surprised if they do not stop as Wells Fargo thinks it is above the law.  So just follow the law (look up the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act online), write Wells, then file a complaint with the FTC.  This bank is an absolute disgrace.

These people called me at 9:57 a.m. Central Standard Time on Sunday 12/20/09.  I thought they are not allowed to call until after 12

These people are relentless this is the 5th number they have called from. Some of them are blocked. You answer and ask who you are talking to and they hang up. I called the company back and they couldn't tell me why they keep calling since my bill has been paid. This is ridiculous. Never do business with this company you will regret it.

NEVER call before 10am on a saturday, and when i answer the call don't open with "please hold for an important message... who puts people they call on hold?

My payment was due on the 24th.  Earlier in the month I sat up an automatic payment to be taken out of my bank account on the 29th.  Starting the 27th they started calling me like crazy, from this number and their regular one.  I called the one person there that I like to deal with and she said she has no idea why they are calling me.

I have seven differend numbers that W.F. calls me from so far.  I just add them as new contacts each call and then when they use that number again my phone just displays W.F. and thus a missed call.

I get calls from these people starting the day my payment is due. Sometimes 10 -12 phone calls at day, even at 11:00 on Sunday Night. This was after my payment had been made to them. I call them to find out why they are still calling, I tell them I have paid this, I get the third degree from them asking very personal questions. Never do business with this company, walk first, They are unreal. They call you answer they hang up. You have to call them back to find out what they want and who they are. Ridiculous.

Same situation here..  I told them I was going to return the car to their nearest institution.  They got crappy.  I told them the accelerator often sticks and if they got [***] again, well, might have a new piece of furniture in the lobby of their bank..

Hey ignorant citizen!  I assume you and your husband (if you have one) have never lost a job and been put in a situation where your financial lifestyle has changed.  How dare you even post that comment!!

keep getting calls from this number in spanish,dont know who they are or what is said!  they need to stop.
