What are you a frickin idiot. have you seen the economy our are you just dumb as a box of rocks people like you think you know it all but I am sure you have been late with at least one thing in your and life and you have the guts to tell everybody else that they are not entitled to a mistake.

Wells Fargo continues to phone even after they recieve thier payment. We sent it electronically so i know it should post right away. But Wells Fargo continue to call and be a pain. We are all dealing with the economy issues and times are hard. Why is it that we are told that harrasment is against the law but Wells Fargo does not have to follow the laws. It think this is wrong for companies like Wells Fargo to be able to do what they please without being held resposible for thier actions.

I totally agree.  Told them that my husband had lost his job and that I would make the payment as soon as I could, but they didn't care, and I was only 3 days late

Paying a bill is a business decision. How I choose to handle my personal business matters has nothing to do with my responsibilities as a citizen. It isn't a tax, it is a bill with a private company. People ought to think before they type. When Donald Trump files bankruptcy it isn't because he is a bad citizen, it is because that is the most financially viable option for his business.

they called me yesterday i do have an auto loan with them and always pay early but my payments aren't due til the 26th of every month with a 10 day grace period and they still call me. i just ignore them

Never late they call a week before its due I ignore them but ha e phone record and a payment record they will be sorry very soon

pa catasaqua--you sanctimonious [***]!!  Apparently you are a millionaire who has a job and has never been laid off/fired/downsized, never had emergency medical bills, car repair bills, floods, fire or deaths in the family.  Maybe you are just another obnoxious POS who works for wells fargo.

This is Wells Fargo auto finance's sub-contractor GC Systems (a collection agency) making these pre-collection automated call attempts, then also handling the 'live' contacts if you answer.  Remember, you are eligible to request a speciifc number of payment deferments (usually five during the life of the loan) for hardship reasons.if you or your car are ill. (eg. auto repairs or personal haelth issues)  Last I knew you would have to have made 2 payments during the prior 60 days to qualify

They start calling us five days before our payment is actually due.  We always pay online, and it takes them forever to credit our account even though the payment is taken out of our bank account that same day.  Once it is credited, it does show that it was made the day the money was removed, but for the several days while it is being "processed" we get an average of 8-10 computerized calls with no message.  We also had some trouble at the beginning with the company calling to tell us that our check bounced - the problem?  We were paying with money orders at the time!  When we called their rep seemed to have no idea what a money order was, or why it wasn't actually possible for it to "bounce."  It took months to get the whole thing straightened out.  Our pet name for this company has become Wells F***you.  We will never knowingly deal with this company again, and cheerfully warn everyone we know about their shady practices.  It's too bad to see a company that used to have such a good reputation fall so far.

I have never had any sort of account with Wells Fargo and they are asking for someone I do not know. This hasn't seemed to stop them from calling my business phone everyday. I'm a real estate agent and harassing me and others in my profession is a very big mistake. I wouldn't want my clients to go through the same thing and will be sure to tell them to seek a mortgage from someone else. Debt collection is a profession for desperate losers, but that doesn't mean you can't at least try to hire someone competent.

They called me and although I do have a savings and checking account with them (both have plenty of money). I do not have any sort of credit with them so I have absolutely no idea why they are calling me...

We are getting calls two to three times a day from this caller for someone who does not work here.  We are an academic preschool in Franklin, TN.  We are not a resident and do not have anyone working here by the name of the person that is calling.

They call the day it is due if they haven't received payment....I have it automatically through a wells fargo account to be paid...and they continue to call, even if the funds are withdrawn from my account. They call early morning...all during the day...and even past 10pm....weekdays, weekends...it does not matter. I have never had a problem with any other company, until now....NEVER finance with WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL.

Paying a bill on time has not a DAMN thing to do about being a responsible citizen! We are in a bad time right now and [***] happens to GOOD people and when you call a company to make an arrangement because YOU know your payment is going to be late then that company should not have the right to harass you like Wells Fargo does. Why don't YOU become a little compassionate or are you employed by Wells Fargo?

i've been getting calls from this company ( welles fargo car dealer ) i have told then that my husband or i do not owe them nothing that we have no loans with them at all ..now my son n his wife do and there in the middle of getting a divorce i guess i made the mistake of telling them i would give my son the information ..well since then they have called me for over a week and i told them i do not owe them anything and to stop calling my number ..well needless that didn't work and i had one guy that was being very rude to me when i told him to stop calling my number and he laughed and thought it was very funny ..what can i do to get to to stop

I just filed a complaint with FTC...pretty simple!!!!
