I just got back from Poland to U.K. and keep getting that silly message regarding weather warning

Hi. It’s a push message sent from all mobile providers by the government. In any storm issues where there is risk to life the phone company must send this message.

I am from UK. Same message just received whil onboard ship local to Poland

I just got the same an hour ago. I am in Poland but have UK number. Who even has my number and from? Also I would really not expect heavy rain tonight (not that I'm planning to sleep under a tree). It's very weird.

Same for me. Got this message today during cycling in SE Poland. Weather is fine....

There’s a storm in Poland tonight so if you are in Poland you would’ve gotten a warning text to prepare.

What I find suspicious is that the Sms does not include a sender. If it is from the government it should at least include a line: sent to you by blablabla. Website... Phone...

I had the same situation. I'm from England but currently vacationing in Poland. So did the rest of my family members, and we have no clue who sent it.

I revived it like 5 min ago. Im in Poland.

I Got this message today 12/7 “Alert RCB: Warning! 14/07 in the morning unexploded bomb will be transported by Army from the Szczecin Lagoon to open sea. Follow the authorities? instructions”. I have a Danish phone, and in Poland at the moment.
