today i received this no also but no pickup...i think that is from 1malaysiavoucher.com because i also filled up the form last few hours. +1

I am quite sure Nadia is rite in the survey thing which after submitting your details like address and phone numbers etc then you receive this call. Then now while reading at this forum I went back to the link above  and read the small print -
