and 503-563-0734...comes up Hello there...both have mideastern accents...
according to the Attorney General they are SCAM ARTISTS!!!!... seeking your money!
today they have tried to reach me 7 times in the last half hour.

I forgot to add since they are a SCAM...The do not call registery does not work!

I just got a call again from this number and I picked it up and blew a very loud whistle in the receiver. They only called once after I did it yesterday...also filed a complain on the no-call website. Hopefully they'll get theirs...soon.

Call came in at 6 am our time - woke me up.  Caller ID now says "Winner", as if I'd pick up the phone for such an obvious scam. Didn't answer, they left no message.  Thanks to those who've posted and let us know who these creeps are...

Have been receiving harassing calls from people who say they are giving out diabetic supplies and that my husband asked them to call (he died two years ago).
They call daily, sometimes 3 - 4 times a day, although I have asked them to stop.

Never any answer if I answer. Now I have them blocked.

Got a call from this number this morning. Caller ID displayed the number and the "name" Winner. I picked up the phone and said, "This must be Charlie Sheen!" and waited for a response. I could hear the line was open and voices in the background, but the caller never spoke and hung up after about 15 seconds. Shame. I'd love to talk to Charlie Sheen. LOL

i have been receiving call after call from this company stating that they are from the national diabetes soceity and keep harassing me.

umm prob. call 911 if they said they have your daughter or are watching you.. just seems like common sence to me

Caller ID displayed WINNER. Didn't answer. 4th call today and the day isn't half over.  Get calls every day. Want them to stop!!

Just got a call from 503-563-0734 it was 6:00 AM and woke me up caller ID # said unknown name.  theyonly let it ring 3 time I think they know that my recorder comes on at 4 rings.  they also called last night and I didn't answer.  I am on the do not call list which doesn't do any good.  I will just put a block on this number.

I have been getting calls from this number since January 2012 and have repeatedly asked them to stop calling. What can be done to stop this! The man thats calling kept asking for a Kindel Davis.

they have called 12 times asking for a Brenda, I have told them that no Brenda lives at this #, and to not call.. but they continue to call. They wont put me on the phone with a supervisor, and laughed at me and said "you don't scare me". I told them "good, I dont' want to scare you, i just want the calls to stop. i am so frustrated.

This woman called, sounded like she was middle-eastern, and spoke pretty good English (was broken-English at times.)
She asked to speak to me and I obliged.  she informed me that the reason for the call was that I was diabetic and could qualify for free medical supplies.  Then she asked me straight out, "Do you have diabetes?"
I responded by asking where they got their information.  She stated I had completed some on-line forms and again asked if I had diabetes.
I told her that I did not feel comfortable answering this question and asked to be removed fronm the call list and placed on their internal do not call list.  However, before I could finish she interrupted and said, "I will call you back b**** any time I want."
After seeing these other posts and knowing they have called more than 7 times in the past 4 days (4 of those instances they hing up) I am letting others know.
I filed a police report and will attempt to have this number blocked.  Not to mention that I will contact the state's Attorney General's office and submit all collected information.
BTW I am pretty sure this number is "spoofed".  Not really from Oregon area.

Call came in and was listed as Winner!  I never answered the call, however, I will file a complaint on this number after reading all of the previous postings.  This is a harassment caller.  File a report with your local phone company as well.

I have repeatedly told these people to stop calling me, and they don't.  They identify themselves as diabetic care. I am tired of these calls coming from a foreign country to the point that I no longer talk to anyone with an obvious accent from these countries.  Please stop this call and for you companies that outsource overseas, please stop.

I am receiving several phone calls a day.  On my phone call waiting it shows what I would call some kind of claim #V06282139580058 then the phone#503-563-0734.  I have not answered but next time I will answer and tell them to hold on and then just leave the phone open until they get tired of waiting and they hang up.

The activity being used here is a VIOLATION OF HIPPA and an example of  MEDICARE WASTE, FRAUD AND ABUSE!!   These calls are designed and meant to defraud Medicare, Medicaid and You!!    They simply need your Medicare Claim Number to submit a claim for the so-called
"FREE"   GLUCOSE METER and DIABETIC TESTING SUPPLIES they are supplying to you

Personal records are guarded against dissimination by numerous federal laws and criminal penalties in place apply. These illegal acts are punishable by up to $5,000 and as much as 5 years in prison PER VIOLATION.   WASTE / FRAUD / ABUSE is a seriolus crime itself but when Medical Privacy Laws  and the preying on our Seniors is included, it turns into Criminal Activity that needs to be stopped!!

Call the Medicare Waste Fraud and Abuse Hotline  at 1-866-242-7727  or Social Security at
1-800-772-1213 and report THIS WINNER!!   Together we can stop this Abuse to our Seniors from what appears to be an Illegal Telephone Scamming Operation.  

Let's Stop Complaining Only to ourselves and Start Reporting it to the Medicare Hotline Today!!
