Omg they call like 40 times a day no joke, each time some man just says hello and hangs up. Wtf do they want and wtf are they calling me. My number is on the DMc list and legally they are not allowed to call. Uuuugghhjjjj if they ever said the things that you guys have written I would figure out their address an have police see who they are. Make it stop

Just got a call from 503-563-0734.  Caller ID lists them as "Hello There."  I'm on the federal DNC list but it doesn't seem to completely stop these types of calls.  I don't accept blocked calls and don't pick up calls whose caller ID's I don't recognize.  I let the answering system deal with them.  This call just hung up after my answering machine picked up.  Appreciate the posts in this regards.  It allowed me to have a better idea of who was calling.  Sounds like bad people.  Hoping they don't call again and will go ahead a file a complaint with local officials to help protect others.  Thank you all who posted...

I answered the phone at my parents home, first they asked for the wrong first name, to which I replied, "there's no one here by that name".  Then they corrected the first name of my Mom, to which I replied, "She's not in may I take a message"?  The caller said that I was (Mom's name), to which I replied again, "She's not in may I take a message"?

The caller then said somewhat tersely, (although in a foreign accent it was difficult to understand the caller in the first place) "Where's she?"

I asked, "Whose calling?"

The caller then SCREAMED at me saying, "Where's she?!"
To which I promptly hung up the phone!

Got a call from this number yesterday and a guy with a middle eastern accent told me that I qualified to receive a new diabetes testing kit with no punctures to the finger.  He talked very fast and I finally interrupted him and said I was not a diabetic and did not need the device.  He apologized and hung up.

This morning at 6:22 I received another call from this number and when I answered there was dead silence.  After saying hello about 4 times, an automated voice said "goodbye" and disconnected.

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating illegal telemarketing calls in apparent violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

Just got a call from this number, this morning. It was 8:28am CST. It came up on the caller ID as  Winner. A foreign speaking woman asked for my husband. I told her he was not here. She then asked if I was the one that took care of his diabetic testing supplies. I told her "yes". She then told me she was going to be sending his supplies out. I told her no that he just got them a week ago. She then said "Goodbye". I thought it was strange that she had his name and phone number. Too many scammers in this world today. I am well aware of all of these telemarketing scams that are out there.

Keeps calling non stop extremely annoying interrupting me at work

I received a phone call from this number and they said they wanted to send me something to manage my diabetes. I don't have diabetes I think this is a health care scam.

This number was on my telephone at 1:28 pm.  The caller ID showed WINNER.  Since I don't have friends with that name, and I haven't entered any drawings, I ignored the number.  After reading the posts here, I'm glad I ignored it.

Recieved a complaint against this phone number, harrassing phone calls, do not answer

I got a call from this number this morning with the "Hello There" moniker. I didn't answer, because I only answer for known entities. They didn't leave a number, but after reading some of the comments here, I'm so glad I didn't pick it up. I hope they call back when my husband's home LOL He will shred them.

I just got another call from (503) 563-0734 - I've been getting 3 or 4 of these calls every day for the past couple of months. The name on my phone ID is "Winner" and it sounds like a middle eastern accent. They ask for your Medicare Claim Number to submit a claim for the GLUCOSE METER and DIABETIC TESTING SUPPLIES they are supplying to people for free. This bull crap needs to be stopped.

I received a couple of calls from this guy that was going to F.... me, my mother, etc. I reported to DO NOT CALL but a few months later had another call from them.

I hung up on him and he called back spouting all the same stuff.

Caller ID says: Winner . I did not answer.  Thanks to warnings here I never will!

This number along with 360-529-6145. They called my mother two different times with these two numbers. They said they was apart of a diabetic care club and they needed her medicare number to update their records. (NEW FLASH NO ONE NEEDS YOU NUMBER AND IF THEY ASK THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU) So called medicare and told them what happened and they are now looking into this plus she called her diabetic care club and now they have a lawyer which is looking into this as well. SO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS. That way you, and your family will not be scammed.

got just now, claims have information that I am a diabetic (sp.), which is not true! How rude and outrageous for someone to send a comment like that!  When is the Federal government going stopped these phone calls?  I am on the do not call list!  Anyone selling my number to these idiots should be gone after by law inforcemen!!!!! Invation of personal privaticy  and property! Using your phone number and internet!  What a waste of peoples phones and nuisances!  Because of these calls maybe an emergency call does not get through.  It starts early in the morning and goes into late, late evening!
