My mom uses ATT, simple non-smart phone, and keeps getting calls from this number among others. They never leave messages.

calls me 2-3 times a day

Has called a few times in the past.  DO NOT CALL ME!

This caller is from Spot Security, also known as VIP750.  They are an Oregon Company trying to sell/install security systems.  The company website is spotsecurity.net.  The company has already been found to be afoul of the Oregon Department of Justice, and has entered into an assurance of voluntary compliance because of inappropriate telemarketing and advertising.  They were fined for their actions in 2010, but 10,000$ was suspended as long as VIP 750 complied with the conditions of their assurance.  The company owner is Chuck Roberts.  Their number is 503-412-6996.  Hit the star key, then 5401 (his extension).  Let him know you don't want any more calls from his company.  You may also want to give him some explanation about why he shouldn't be calling you.  Also, the Oregon DOJ wants information about this case.  E-mail them at consumer.hotline@doj.state.or.us and give them information about who is calling you.  Time to hit back.

They called 2 days ago from a different nuimber and I called and asked to be taken off the list. Now they called from a different number and I called them again. So do I have to call them for every different phone number they have? STOP!!!!

I received an automated call. I pressed 1 as indicated to be removed from the call list. This was on March
14th. Today is March 21st. I received another automated call. Did the same thing. Searched the number and came across this site. I called the local portland number listed by A Hater for Spot Security Inc. Lady first tells me we don't do marketing that way.  I told her what was going on and then she asked the number that was called and said OK. I'll have that number removed right away. Next time it gets reported to FCC.

I want these calls stopped now!

Kelly....we all know you were being let go.  Because of that, you've decided to be the vindictive person and cause everyone to lose their jobs.  Are you going to support Amber and her new baby?  You should be ashamed of yourself.  This company has done nothing wrong.  And you know that.  If this company was so bad Kelly, why did you come to work everyday and let Chuck sign your checks?  Better watch out...it might be really hard for you to find a new job.

What kind of tacky company posts this kind of crap online? That should draw you a lot of business posting a childish reply like that. If I want to purchase something I will contact the company myself. I wouldn't buy a product from companies that do these cold calls even if I wanted their product. PO America.....[***]!

I've also received calls from both of these annoying f^|<'ng companies.  They have been calling for over the last 6 months now but with more frequency.  I'm thinking of setting a redirect line to one of their own telephone numbers or the BBB.  So the next time they call I redirect them to the authorities.

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They insist that they do not initiate illegal telemarketing calls, however they are involved in managing the calling lists for their "3rd party contractors" who make the telemarketing calls.

Stop these calls. Calls everyday and is trying to sell you things. Hate it. I'm an old woman and can't get to the phone easy. Stop these people!!!!!

That's BS I've requested they remove my number at least 20 times by pressing that opt out key but they keep calling every single day.  I filled a complaint with the FCC maybe that will put a stop to it.  The FCC certainly put a stop to another company a couple years ago that was doing basically the same thing.  I hate these STUPID IDIOTS...they don't have sense enough to know if you already have an alarm system and it is monitored why the hell would I want theirs!!!

Report them to the FCC.  It is very easy to do they have a phone number you can call or you can go online to the FCC website and file it online.  The FCC will definitely put a stop to the calls!  Good Luck!
