02/29 1119 got a call from this number as well as another that identifies as PacificTel (commented on that number as well). Called...did not answer....did not leave message

I'm receiving calls from that # also.  I've pressed 3 numerous times but it doesn't work.  Have called them back to ask them not to call again and get rudely hung up on.....imagine that

They call our home at least 5 times a day.  We are on the do not call list.  The ID says "lower" interest"

Sounded like a fat black lady I asked who her employer was and she said get a life and hung up.

Just called me and I was on hold for like 10 minutes waiting to talk to somebody when i did I played a message and once it was over she hung up wont be calling me back at all I also saved the number to my cellphone and labeled it as "Robo Calling B******s" So I will know who they are if they call my cell phone

11:43 AM today, March 24,2012 received call from 503-902-8477.  Caller ID shows number and "Lower Interest" as the ID.
Just as most of you have discovered being on the "Do Not Call List" does NOTHING to stop the "Robo" calls.
I am not only on my state list but also on the federal list, so will someone please tell me just who these lists block?

I heartily believe these lists are a total waste of taxpayer monies.

Now will go and report to those list caretakers about this call....FED UP with the waste of tax dollars both state and federal, the do nothings that aren't earning their pay!!!

Getting calls from this number all the time and am on the no call list

But, these folks ([***]) are scammers...I answer in an Indian voice and say " hello, this is Habib" when they start the sales pitch I continue " it was great seeing your mom have sex with a camel" pretty much will get you cussed out and hung up on....

Didn't answer, b/c we "supposedly" are on the dnc list.  But, Caller ID said it was from "lower your interest rate" or something like that.

on * march- "tired of these calls' listed a group of scam numbers; like him, I have been keeping a list so I don't answer if the number calls on my CID. Here is my list- don't bother to answer as they are rude and have no business with me and I am on the no call list as well. These people are complete idiots.  Haven't had a credit card in 25 years thanks to a nasty divorce and an ex- spouse who totalled my credit.  You can't get lower inerest rates than "cash only!"

I pressed 1 because I wanted to see what they said.  First they asked me if I wanted to lower my interest rates, so I said yes.  Then I asked her the name of her company.  She said "Credit Card Services."  I said 'that's not a company name' at which point she stumbled around a bit then said "We represent Wells Fargo..... um, Bank of America....,   um.... um.... Wachovia."    (Interesting, I don't think Wachovia is in business as Wachovia any longer).

Anyway, then she asked me how much I owe on credit cards.  I said "What is the physical address of your company?" and at that point she hung up.

LOL.  I didn't have anything else to do and I'm glad that I wasted a few minutes of her time.  If only we could get EVERYONE to do this, maybe they'd give up and go away, but I doubt it.

No question they are SCAMMERS and I hope no one here has gotten fleeced by these people.   Scumbags!

I want these people to STOP calling me.  They call all the time.  It is a recording saying it is Rachel with Cardholder Services.  I have called the number they give to call them back and asked them not to call and they just hang up on me

Left a message a partial message which was similar to what "Brandon" described above.  

I am on the DNC list but that doesn't stop them.  The DNC program is a waste of taxpayer dollars since the government does virtually nothing to enforce it.

Anyone who answers and pushes a number per their instructions is (according to these scammers) negating the DNC program by establishing a relationship with them, e.g., "you contacted us by pushing 1; we didn't contact you..."

This is Rachel/Heather/Other Lying Name from Cardholder Services. I tied them up for 16 minutes and 45 seconds by pretending to go look for my credit cards. Instead I set the phone down on speaker and went back to work while they waited and wasted their time.

Didn't recognize the number so didn't answer.  Not surprised to see they are scammers with tons of complaints against them.
