Recording about lowering credit card debt.  I live in NYC.

They are still making the recorded calls regarding lower mortgage rates... no company name given in recorded message.  When I dialed the number to request they stop calling, I got, "The number you are calling is temporarily unavailable. Please try your call later."  Yeah, right!  I reported it to the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY as well.

The caller ID lists it as Lower Interest.
I don't answer.

I've asked these creeps at least 15 times to remove my name.  I'm on DONOTCALL.gov, and once they actually asked me if I was registered there.  I report the call each time to DONOTCALL.gov, but it doesn't appear to have slowed the calls down.

I receive multiple calls from this number a day.  I pressed 1 to speak to a person.  I asked for a call back number, she refused to give me one.  I asked her to stop calling and she said she would not stop calling and hung up. I dialed *57 to have the call traced.

Lower interest....called to ask that I call them as soon as possible..that there was nothing wrong with my credit card..but to be assured that I get a lower interest rate..I should call right away...the time is running out.

This company "Lower Interest" calling from 503-902-8480 may be getting contact information from e-mortgage.

Not only am I on the Do Not Call list but I have pushed # 3 as directed to stop the call and yet they continue.

if you have a little time- talk to them and tell them they may be your savior since you were ready to filebankruptcy.. i told the i ha 9 cxredit cards with about  110.000 in debt  .  What can they do to help-- Sound excited.  They will finally ask i f you are serious and tell them  HELL NO   They will take you off list since they don't want to  waste their time.  Try to keep them on phone.   it can be entertaining if you have a few minutes to waste   AND IT WILL GET YOU OFF THEIR LIST.

Did not answer...assumed a spammer.  Caller ID shows V051814494601381 and then the number.  Will report to Do Not Call registry.

Sir, we do, yet the F'ed up government WONT DO ITS JOB OK!  I'd love to track these Fers down and beat the Sh*T out them, then do it again!

Get an unlisted number is bout all you can do.  The phone companies, cable and cell companies WONT help you either cept take more of you money.  We need a law to FORCE phone companies to help block AREA CODES, ,not just numbers!

Yea they called 3 times today tried call back after 2nd but says number not in serive then last time they called I. Talked to them lol went tru the spill then said will I bankurpt they hung up sooo fast loved it

recent call on 5-19-12 Sat AM, have had the same calls for a few years off and on now. there is no company name given to report the calls. It Is The Same Recorded Messages over and over. We Leave the answering machine on most of the time. I picked up during the message and waited for the  message to stop, the caller waited and Then Hung Up, Then I Hung Up. I posted/reported all kinds of prank/scam calls with numbers on this site. I * 69 and did get the- # 503-902-8480  Also Did a free Online Search and The Call Came From: Woodburn, OR.  Anyone Getting These Calls Who Live in the State of OR.-- I WISH You The Best Of Luck To Get The Calls Stopped!!

I am on the No Call List and received a call that showed on my caller ID from Private Name  513 793 7900. Right after that call I got a call from Lower Interest at 503 902 8480. Thank God for caller ID that I don't have to answer my phone to see who these unknown callers are and will continue to do so. These people need to be sued and not allowed to call.

Called on 5/21/2012 at 10:30 in the morning. Found a message on my machine. Thios is the second call in the past two weeks.

They call and hang up.

The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO.  They will try and gather enough information to create an account.  Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.
