hi i got a call from 508-475-1968. they had called twice and i dont know who it is

Getting four or more calls a day for the last week. JoAnna's post above does not work on my Verizon phone, after entering "sevice lock code" my phone does not offer options she listed??

Keep getting calls from this number - it's on my cell and I wish I could stop them! I don't answer it, so I don't know who it is.

It seems most we are spinning our wheels, signed up for the FTC’s Do-Not-Call- Registry, continue to report the violations and yet the calls keep coming.  I wonder what in the world the FTC is doing with this information.  Why have a law and a procedure on the books that you cannot or will not enforce and is not effective?
Since this call is coming from a (508) Massachusetts area code and the FTC cannot stop them then maybe we should consider other options.
I plan to contact Massachusetts Congressman Ed Markey and ask for his assistants in getting the FTC to take some type of action or ask the Massachusetts Attorney General to get involved, indentify this caller and take the appropriate legal action.  
I hope others will take the time to write to Congressman Markey and express their concern over this matter.  It does little good just to post our frustration on line but will benefit us all if we unite and make the time to contact Congress Markey.
I tried to contact the Congressman on his web site but was unable to do so because I am not a Massachusetts resident.  If you are a Mass resident this will work if not you should send a letter of call his office.  His D.C address and phone number is:

Keeps calling me and hanging up.

If you have AT&T Uverse, you can go into your account on the computer and block unwanted calls. Works great. I check thm out here first to make sure they are not from a legit company, if not they are BLOCKED. This has cut out a tremendous amount of unwanted calls. If you don't have Uverse, contact your locak home provider to see if there is a way to block unwanted calls.

I get calls from this number at LEAST 3 times a day.

they have been calling since august...i just filed a accompliant.

Quit calling me. When I answered no one respond.

Call three or four times a day-- home security spam call. If you try and call back-- it says it's disconnected or no longer in service.

508-475-1968...they keep calling multiple times per day.  Were just calling my cell phone, but yesterday noticed the same number had also called my house phone.  Tried calling it back and got a message that it had been changed or disconnected!  Within seconds of receiving a call from this number!!!

and we have all our numbers on the "Do Not Call" registry...so why are they calling and how did they get my number?

Calls every day, sometimes twice a day, sometimes after like 9:00 pm. Pretty sure it's either a debt collector or some kind of home insurance thing, but I don't want to answer it to find out.

received call from this number. did not answer. did not know anyone at this area code. This really gets to be a pain.
