did not regonize the number so i did not answer it instead i googled it and found this great if if they keep calling i'll write back   thanks

Got call on cell.  This time english recording about winning a trip to some place I didn't recognize -- hung up immediately.

Call came in but I didn't pick up because call came from an unrecognized number from out of the area. No VM from phantom caller either.

also same +number no vm.... ignored it!

Woke up and noticed I had missed two calls from this number. No voice message.

Saw number on cell. Glad I did not pick up after reading all these comments.

Called my cell and recording was difficult to understand but I think they said something about winning a trip to Cancun, Mexico.  They said to press 1 to speak to someone but I hung up.

Just got a call from this number... didn't answer it. They didn't leave the message. This is the first time they called.

Weird.. I never let my cell number out there. Wonder how these fools go it.

apparently I won a cruise, and the number shows up in washington.  i seem to win alot of stuff over the land line these days, problem is, now they are calling my private cell number, ive had this cell phone for 4 years and nobody has my number except a few select family and friends. suddenyly im getting calls. I also registered with the natiional do not call list. Apparently this list is being sold to unscrupulous people and being used for exactly what is was intended to stop.

i got the call at school, so i didnt answer.
i got hame and looked up the area code and didnt know anyone in washington so i let its slide until my friend got the call.
after he got the call i looked up the number on google and came here.
