    Got a call saying they represented the IRS in a lawsuit against me.  And to call them at this number.  5093926377.  Got a call yesterday saying the same thing only to callback a different number

    Just received the same recording and according to previous comments, this scam is still occurring over a year later! Thankfully, I searched it and got this helpful forum to confirm my high suspicions. What bothers me is that someone can still be doing that without facing any criminal penalty! Makes me so angry how people  prey on the ignorant due to pure greed without being held to justice.
