Looks like Reilly running with an "interesting" crowd with his Overhyped and Overpriced Juice "opp"

All the typical scamming/conning hype artists are now involved:

Ken Russo, David Reid, Denise Wilson, Wanrou (Jake Amadee's pos mod)

Just look at the ASA forum. Has anyone ever seen a forum like this where all the mods are in cahoots and have all their banners all over the forum? Denise Wilson is a major ponzi player and she is big in Trivita, but she just can't handle missing out on any other major hyoed up programs so she gets into everythng under the sun, similar to the major conman, Ken Russo.

And love the FACEBOOK claims they were marketing .... NICE FING TRY !!!

I notice no comments from Mr "Juice Drinker" or his "Attorney"

Lets see:

one is working a MLM Juice "opp" with scam boy Russo and the other one is an
attorney "laying out" his plans on the net and claiming someone is a scammer
with no proof at all and has never used the individual's program

My client and I received our initial response from the FBI. It appears below.

The authorities have agreed to immediately trace the ISP of any negative posts containing my client's e-mail or phone number, so that no negative consequences from such postings will attach to him and the actual perpetrator may be traced.

For the record, Tony Penson is also Marty Bennett. There are more than 8,000 links relating to Mr. Bennett on the Internet. The large majority of these are false posts to sites like backpage.com, which show up "flagged and removed" when searched. Most of the remainder are negative reviews.

None of the individuals mentioned by Mr. Bennet are in contact with my client; none even appear on this page. Robyn Davis is a real person, and has contacted me about representation.

Ive read the thread and you will have to forgive me for not posting my name, I just wanted to write about my experience with this Marty Bennett guy.  I have found that there is a variety of names coming from this number.  I too felt like hanging up when he first started talking, but I talk like a sailor sometimes too.  He made a few really good points, and I just let him talk.  Kind of just waiting for him to drop his "pitch", instead he ended by saying I have his number, good luck, and go kick some butt.  I keep reading about all you "mlm scammers", I don't believe anybody joins these things with the intention of scamming a person. And the reason some "flock" to the free ads is for just that,,,free.  Of course everyone here understands they are not very effective and when there are 10k other ads on one site, it has to be understood that they probably wont get much traffic to their opp.  Anyway, my thought is this,,, if you want a home biz, whether traditional or online, you will have to sell a product or service, there is NO way around this.  Some will succeed, some will fail, and some will just be.  Some may build a strictly retail business others will try to get new distributors and some will do both.  We will never run out of new businesses to try or people to sell it to.  I believe that some people have a preconceived notion that anything that does not have a clock to punch-in or punch-out is a scam, and it is a complete waste of time to try to change their mind.  I also believe that hard work and hearing enough people say no will either crush you or drive you to do better, but ultimately it is up to you.

To state the obvious, I have not been contacting Mr. Bennett. To be a bit more specific, I have not been contacting Mr. Bennett in any of his guises . Judging from both the hyper-thyroid, prison-library style of the postings and their origin ISPs, "Tony Person," and 1-2 others on this board are ALL Marty Bennett. Marty Bennett seems to have a great deal of time on his hands. I also do not plan to contact Mr. Bennett again during the 3-4 weeks that it typically takes to prepare a criminal or civil legal case.

Any postings about me by Mr. Bennett which appear on the Internet during that time will be used in the case, which will be a libel case for civil money damages. They will also, according to the corporate divisions of Craigslist and backpage.com, be deleted immediately. Mr. Bennet has also been instructed - here and elsewhere - not to have phone or e-mail contact with me. So far, he has not been brave enough to try, much less to leave a message. His kind rarely is.  

This will be my last post to this thread, pre subpoena. I expect it to be followed up by hundreds of posts - all by the same loser pretending to be dozens of different people - raving about how my true statements are lies.

I received a call from Marty Bennett.  Caller ID said it was a Texas number.  This guy is a total jerk.  Talk about anger management issues.  Lucky for me our call was brief but he still managed to squeeze out a lie or 2 and an insult for good measure.  After reading everyone's posts here it's official, Marty, you've got issues.  Check yourself in.

I started following this thread when I saw the exchange between Marty and the two ED salesmen, and am amazed. A couple things are obvious to this ol' gal. First I followed you on the Internet for a while, and there are NO real positive reviews of your service. None none not one. Every positive review traces back to you. "Will and Tony" are right that ISP check is easy and these are almost ALL from Texas near where you live.
