Keeps calling everyday, No message

Sick and tired from getting calls from 5132751387. Can you get these busturds?

Hi everybody!

I think I started to figure out what is going on with this mysterious number. A while ago I started getting the calls from this number 3-4 times a day and I still am getting them on a daily basis. So I went to my phone company provider and asked them to block this number because it is bothering me. They agreed to help provided  they  add $5.00 more to my monthly plan  for this service and also will renew my contract for 3 more years. My contract with this company is expiring on March,2011 and I am not gonna stay with them as I do not want to be hooked with a contract anymore! So my guess is that the phone companies themselves force these spam calls on their customers numbers to suck out more money from them. It's like the computer guys are creating new viruses to make people pay for anti-viruses.I can hardly believe it is too difficult to just track this number and shut  it  down after so many complains. I assume it's been initiated by the phone companies!!

I just called the number back and it is everest and it gives you the option to refrain from future calls. It says to give up to 24 hours for this to take place.

I did what you said and it seemed to work. Instead of pressing 1 and 2 just press 1 again. Also, you can report Everest to the Better Business Bureau or I think possibly even the State Attorney. You can find more info on how to do this simply by using google. Trust me, if enough of us take action Everest University will suffer the repercussions.

this is very annoying.  how can I get it to stop besides no answering and they get tired of calling?

I get called about 3x a day
I've answered it before and theres no one there
It's really starting to piss me off, the area code is from ohio

Advice to everyone: do not include your phone number when obtaining information about schools and on-line colleges. I have been bombarded with phone calls 7/24 every since and I wish they would stop. It is Everst.

They've been calling me for years and wont stop. They send em letters all the time, Ive asked supervisors, managers etc and no once can seem to keep me off th list. Ive filed a complaint with with BBB, you should do so as well.

So I had the same problem and I finally found a solution. If you go to the website:  www.donotcall.gov and register your phone number, if they continue to call you, you can have their number officially blocked, and you can file a complaint and sue them if they continue to call you 30 days after you registered your number.

You can also call 1-888-382-1222 to get on the national do not call list. I talked to my AT&T provider and that was the information they gave me :)

I am so tired of these people calling. Does anyone know if there is a way to report them for harassment? I'm on PST and these people wake me up

Just got called from this number again and answered it. They asked for Steven.  I said they had the wrong number, and hung up.  I have not visited Everett College or requested information from them at all.  Would not tell me who she was.

I received this call today (8-18-10) at 10:11AM, CALLER ID SHOWED UP AS OUT OF AREA!
I didn't answer it. My phone number is UNLISTED, as I do not want any of these type of phone calls!
My phone number is also on the DO NOT CALL LIST!!

Right. It's Everest College.

Someone from this phone number calls me on my cell phone nearly every day!  I don't answer the phone because I am not familiar with the number.

This is the 2nd call today (8-19-10) at 12:17PM, that I have received from OUT OF AREA!
I didn't answer it! My phone number is UNLISTED for this reason as I do not like calls like this!!
What has happened to people's privacy that have their numbers UNLISTED and we pay to have it that way and they can still get our phone numbers??? We shouldn't have to deal with unwanted phone calls like this!!!
