If your phone number is on the DO NOT CALL LIST and you have spoken to the person on the phone and asked them do not call you any longer and you are the DO NOT CALL LIST and they still do, then you can report them to the DO NOT CALL LIST and they will get in trouble....

This is the 3rd phone call I have received today (8-20-10) at 11:29AM from OUT OF AREA!! I didn't answer it!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!
My phone number is UNLISTED for the reason I don't want any type of these phone calls!!
My phone number is also on the DO NOT CALL LIST!!
I pay to have my phone number UNLISTED and they are invading my privacy by calling me!!
I THINK THAT COMPUTER CALLING/ROBO CALLING SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!!!!

i went to the everest site forever ago and i get calls all the time too..this is the third different number they have used. they have emailed me and send me stuff in the mail alllllllllll the time. if i change my number will they stop????? i emailed them back saying i wasnt interested..the first week they contacted me, and its still going on!!!!

I am receiving a phone call from this number and it keeps coming up without anyone saying anything or leaving a message. Now I know it is from Everest institute, I really don't know what I have to do I called their number and did what they said to remove my phone number from their list, but still I receive phone calls from them. They are seriously driving me crazy!!!!

tell these idiots to stop these spam calls, there are laws to protect individuals from this harassment

It's Everest College in Canada, not the states. I've spoken to them, from phoning this number back.

These calls are from Everest Institute.  I explained that I only have 3 months until my degree the FIRST time they called.  I still get at least 3 calls per week

I've already called Everest and told them to stop calling me. Before I told them this they were calling me every hour on the hour. Now they call me once or twice a day every few days. I finally downloaded a call block service onto my phone that just picks up and hangs up on them but it's soooo annoying that they are harassing me STILL even after I asked them to stop calling.

YEah appreantly it is from EVEREST UNIVERSITY.  I ASKED AND SOMEONE IN MY HOUSEHOLD APPLIED TO THAT UNIVERSITY (which is an online university) .. and i read on this website that they have an automated calling machine that checks when will the person be home.

I received another call like yesterday and the day before yesterday, and etc.  What can I do to avoid this calls?  I'm really bored about this Everest something..

just call the number and itll tell you how to get your number taken off of their call list

Eff'n pissed off at "EVEREST COLLEGE" worst mistake ever!!!! Dont need a degree to know how big it is to send info including my phone number to a college thats in middle eastern....So f them! Wont do that mistake ever again...[***] call at all hours back to back!

If you call this number back, you can have your phone number removed from their system, after 24 hours.

This number calls me almost every day,even on a Sunday. No message. Very annoying!

Im so sick of everest calling i should have never asked for info.its been nonstop for months now.And dont bother calling them to get off their phone list,you'll just keep getting the calls at random hours.

This number keeps calling but no one ever answered. Today someone was on the other line. I said hello and all I hear were people talking like in a cafeteria finally some says "Cheryl" I asked Hello? again because I thought I missed their introduction didn't think they would be rude and just asked for someone with out saying "hello" well the person said "Is Cheryl there" and I said they must have the wrong number since I just activated this line a couple of months ago. So they said bye and hung up.
