We are a business with no Macy's card. They call at least 5 times a day. When we pick up, there is no one there to tell them to stop calling.  What the hell? Thanks to caller ID, we are no longer picking these up. Caller ID reads Mason, OH.

Receive calls from this number at least once a week!!

I get 3-5 calls per day from this number. No one is ever there.

This number calls me every day 7 days a week - no company name on my cell phone, City is Mason, Ohio.  Please stop calling me - when I pick up my phone you hang up, when I call back, you don't answer - Stop it.

Annoying calls

It's bothering me. Gosh. Keep calling me several ties a day. Wat should I do to stop this crazy call.

This number calls at least 3 times per day.  They never leave a message.  I do not answer if I do not know the caller.

This number calls and no one talks

I work for Macy's and get these calls 10+ times a day. I have a prepaid associate account so there is no such thing as being late or missing a payment cause I PRE-PAY for everything so there isnt even a bill to pay. This is not a Macys credit collector it is just some a**h***'s in Ohio trying to get people to "make payements" that they put into their own bank accounts. They get your account numbers and social security numbers and they sell your information or use it to rack up debt in your name.
Giving them any information is just begging to have your identity stolen.
If you do have a Macys account go to the store to make your payments, they post immediately and its impossible to get scammed. You should NEVER make payments over the phone unless its the number on your bill that you call.

The calls won't stop, if you have a smartphone get a call blocker app, spysweeper works wonderful for me cause its a call and virus blocker in one. If their calling a landline or business I don't know how you'd stop the calls.

(513) 573-7978 Got a call from this number also. When I answered, they hung up. Did a search online and it came back to Macy's in Ohio. Most likely their main call center.

They keep calling me from this number over and over again.  I guess is not important since they don't leave a message and I don't answer calls from any unknown numbers

This Number: 5135737978... Someone finally asked for ... such and such... I said.  Who is calling?? They said it was a private matter.... I again asked who was calling?? They said some name... I said Who are you? They asked for such and such again. I said not until you tell me who is calling!!  They said due to the privacy laws they could not disclose that!  So I said: Ok then Stop Calling!!   I believe this to be a Scammer!!

Yep - It's Macy's.  I owed $76 with a $30 late fee tacked onto it.  I used my Macy's card months ago for one of those Macy's card only specials and forgot about it.  ...so much for saving 20%.  I guess that is what paperless statements gets me.  One call would have been more than enough reminder if they would leave a message.

Getting called by this number as well as 727-556-7300 multiple times.  I answer and the phone hangs up immediately!

I've received 6 to 8 calls a day for months from this number or one with the last two digits changed. 513-573-7978. It says Macy's Bloomies. Once I answered and they said I owed money. I told them I didn't owe anything and to stop calling me. Its been hundreds of calls starting at 8:00 a.m. and going into the evening. This is harassment. I reported it to the FCC and they said they could get a $1500 fine per call but who is going to collect it from these anonymous callers? What do they hope to accomplish? I answered last night and a lady asked for me by name.I told her to stop calling. It is 9:42 and they haven't called so far. Why would they call multiple times day after day? That is not the way a company like Macy's or Bloomingdales should do business.

this number calls day and night!! All hours from 7 am -11 pm. I don't answer numbers I don't know!! They should leave a message if it's important!!
