They call multiple times a day and don't leave a voicemail. When I have picked up the call, no one says anything.

They call incessantly.  If it is Macy's I do not know why they call since I do not nor have I ever had a Macy's card or shopped in their stores.  I just want them to STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is pissing me off getting calls from unknown numbers!!

asked questions about Macy's account and Bank formation  tell them you will call back, if you due you will get a recording.

This number and 1-800-511-3207 are involved in this #$@! scam. Plus we get charged for it.  They call up to 5 times a day and night!
I went on line to find out who these scum bags are and it stated it was Bill Collector's for Macy.  Which I have never shopped at!

I've been receiving calls from this number 513-573-7978.  I called back and the automated voice machine says from Macy's or Bloomingdale's.  It asked me to enter my Macy's account.  I am always up to date with my payments.  Why they still call and annoy people?  This is a scam.  This is dangerous.  This is scary!
