I have been getting calls for the last two weeks from this number. I was able to get ahold of someone (Macy's Credit Department...never had a credit card there) and found out someone else was using my phone number. the guy apologized and removed my number

Why would they call for just one last payment missed. Its annoying, I do not have any macy card but still they are calling me and asking my information.. Also two weeks back they said balance is $45 ,,, now they says Balance is $109, I told them to give me purchase details and close that account if on my name .. They were not able to authenticate them self .. So its not MACY it could be some debt collector [***] agency.

I've gotten one or two calls from this number every day for the last couple of weeks.  We don't answer if we don't know who it is--too many spam/robo calls despite DO NOT CALL (a joke!!)  I just checked my Macy's account online, and we have a zero balance, so if this is Macy's, they are calling about something else.  Have also received calls from Mason, OH from (513) 754-9852.

I get calls from this number several times a day.  Caller ID says "None Available."  I don't ever answer unidentifiable calls, but this extremely annoying.

They said they are Macy's but she wouldn't give me the reason they were calling unless I have them my info. I paid my Macy's acct off last month an even if there was a balance, my pmts aren't due till the 11th and its only the 8th.  They have been calling 4-7 times a day for almost a week now never leaving a message. I told her if she really is from Macy's they have no reason to be calling me so unless I have a pmt due, do not call me and if its important leave a message.  She said she would put a note on my acct to not call me anymore.

constant harassing calls from this #, no answer to my hello. When I call back it is Macy's/Bloomingdale's, I do not have a balance. I ended up closing my account because they kept waking me up in the am when I have been sick. Repeated pleas to them to stop calling do nothing. I cannot block their number. I called Macy's corporate 888-622-9793 they say it's a 'courtesy call' but they are harassing their customers. They are also using 513-573-8031, 513-573-8717, 513-754-9863, 727-556-5772. If you have extra minutes on your phone, call them and be silent for five minutes like they do, to tie up their phone lines, it will end up costing them more money so maybe they will stop giving cold calls to customers on the do not call list. You can also report to the local police but I haven't done that yet.

they call 4 times a day for the past week saying is a private matter. They did not say who they are or what company are they from ???? sounds like scam. Be aware.

Received a call from 513-573-8038 @ 1:43 PM.  Caller ID displays as 'Unknown Name'. although http://www.spokeo.com/513-573-telemarketers indicates it’s a telemarketer for Macy’s that also makes calls from 513-573-8031.  I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. If the call is important or legit, the caller would leave a message. This caller will leave no message or hangs-up before going to voice-mail.  This is annoying and unwanted RoboCall / Telemarketer that could possibly be involved Interstate Fraud (via communication/electronic device by United Telephone Company of Ohio service provider).  I’m tempted to file a law suit against the carrier – United Telephone Company of Ohio, for allowing this Robocall / Telemarketer to violate and abuse the National FTC DO NOT CALL List They keep calling me despite being registered with the FTC National Do Not Call List.

They have been calling us 4-6 times a day, every day (even through the weekend), for the last two weeks.

They do not leave a message. We do not have a Macy's card (and never have), so if what everyone else is saying is correct, I'm even more annoyed.

I got this call this morning, it was a hang up. I crossed referenced it with my call log from last month and it is Macy's calling about the missed payment that we actually have record of being made from our checking account on Jan.2. It could be a call center contracted by them.

Never give your credit card over the phone. It is a scam. Pay online or at the store.

Macys!!!  And yet, I am not late on my Macy's bill.  In fact, I have paid early (bill was due May 18, and I paid on the 8th), and I still get these calls 5 times a day.  But no one is on the phone when you answer.  

Same thing happened to me earlier today.  i knew my account was up to date so I hung up on her.  Caller ID said Macys/Bloomies and they even knew my exact balance.  Very creepy

Get a call every single day.  I just put the call in my automatic reject list.  Its so annoying.  I mean don't they have any life but to harass people?

Macys...If you forgot your payment they will charge you $25.00 of late fee. Be ready to find a good excuse!
