They call and they don't leave a message.  It gets freaking annoying

two calls so far today - no one on the other line. Caller ID says Macy's Bloomies.

They call my phone at all hours, I finally answered and the women who I was trying to speak with told me she is scheduling to pull from my bank account and then hung up the  phone. I called back and asked to speak with a customer service... since this is a "Macy coperation" she told me to hold on and then hung up the phone. Then I called the real Macy's customer service and they have no clue why this number is contacting me. I called this 513-573-8038 number again. A guy answered this time and ask for my social security number! I said no, but what is the address of the company you are calling me from? He said do you have a macy account or not? I said yes, I do, but I just want the address of the corperation.... he hung up.

They call every morning at 8:05am for the past few months. My caller ID shows Macy's/Bloomies. I don't have a Macy's account but I noticed the calls started after I bought some Christmas gifts on Macy's website. It's obviously a scam. I even get calls with a different caller Id right after it. I don't bother picking up and I have my phone set up to detect robocalls; it disconnects after the first ring. I am on do not call as well but doesn't work. Even if my phone disconnects automatically I'm annoyed my phone has to ring every morning for someone trying to fish info out of me.

Got a call 03/09/2015 at 8:48am.  Caller ID displayed "Macy's Bloomies" and number 513-573-8038.  The woman, who appeared to have a Phillipino, accent answered several seconds after I hit the talk button.  She wanted to speak to my daughter about a "personal business matter".  When asked, she mentioned something about "Convergence" but was difficult to understand.  My daughter has been married and living in another state. Legitimate?  Don't know.

I was getting calls from this number 7-8 times a day, so I finally answered and acted like my assistant and asked to take a message.  The woman said her name was Karin Mueller calling from Bloomingdales credit reporting regarding a personal business matter.  I had a bloomingdales account many years ago, but it has been inactive for about 10 years.  No idea how they got my cell phone number, but clearly its fraud.  I have reported the number to the BBB

I was receiving these calls daily for a few days. No messages left. I found out through digging that I missed a Macy's credit card payment of which my balance was $25.47. I was charged 25.00 late fee for it. Would of been so much easier if they would of left a message stating that I missed a payment instead of hanging up. I pay my bills on time, but every now and then I may miss one. All my bills come to me online, most are pd automatically. They did reverse the late fee since they can see I was never late and always paid off the credit card.

They call us often and we don't even have a Macy's card. They are quite irritating as no one is there when I answer. Grrrrrrrr

I just had the exact same thing happen - I think it's a huge scam. The only thing I could hear was that they wanted my number. The number they JUST CALLED.

This is most likely a scammer. I receive this call multiple times a day, 8am to 10pm, for weeks now, and do not even have a Macy's account. I have filed a complaint with the FCC.    I suggest that you do not provide any information or even answer the call.

Been getting calls from this number but never had a Macy's card.

Been receiving calls from (513)754-9874 & (513)573-8083 since making several orders at Macy's online. I did not use a Macy's charge card in the transactions.  Called Macy's customer service about these calls & was assured the calls are not from them.

If it's Macys, why they calling me? I didn't spend there in 3 years and certainly don't owe any money.

Constant calls

I have received 39 calls from 513 area code phone numbers in Mason, OH (513-573-8028, 513-754-9874, 513-573-8038, and 513-754-9841) the past week. Now they are calling from 727-556-5492 in St. Petersburg, FL as well. I have already had 3 calls today from both area codes. I get up to 6 calls a day, including weekends. I thought solicitors are not allowed to call on Sunday's, so I'm not sure what this is. The 513 #'s said it is for "Macy's/ Bloomingdales," but I have never missed a payment. Then the 727 # said it's for "Macy's Credit Operations." Even if you block the numbers, they will continue to call from another number. I hope someone knows how to get them to stop for good. Please help. Thank you!

P.S. I noticed the calls started a day after I stupidly tried signing up for tickets to a game show online. I will never do that again. They are a third-party scammer trying to get personal information.

I receive calls from this number several times both night and day. They NEVER identify themselves and they never leave messages and they are rude, crude and otherwise obnoxious.  Other than reporting the harassment to the authorities, my philosophy is: If whomever is calling wants to keep everything secretive, I am amenable to that!
