calling while I am sleep. They wouldn’t stop calling everyday.

I do not believe this is legitimate.  If they were really a reputable company they would not use aggressive techniques, they would take no for an answer the first time, and they would honor the request that I not be called.

Knowing that registered member and what he is and does makes me believe that calls from this company are legitimate.  Now, on the other side we have the problem of caller id spoofing which means that you cannot trust any call you get.

This has got to end.  This 513-696-1920 calls me all hours of the day and night. I would get rid of the phone but my mother is 88 and that is her line. I cannot even sleep through the night because I can't stop these monsters. Shame on them to do this to the elderly.

A survey is not illegal and as you clearly indicated that the call is "Valid" there is no reason for surveys to end.

Again, what hours are they calling since you might be going to bed earlier than normal people.  Since you now know who is calling and why then why have you not done anything to stop the calls?

This caller was, indeed, Nielson. I can't say if they will play hardball if someone says "no" to participating in a survey, because I took the survey, and they sent the money to me (which is how they operate). 🙂

Call everyday sometimes 7 A.M. waking up the babies, then calling as late as 9;30. Sick of them, have blocked but the phone always rings once and that's all it takes.
