I receive 7-8 calls a day, 7 days a week. How can we stop it.

2 weeks 24/7 3 times a day. Very annoying

Same thing here as well.  Recently got a Macy's never late.  I have gotten over 5 calls a day, over last week.  They never leave a nessage.  When did pick up no one said anything and nor did I.  I eventually hung up as they were not talking.  How do you make it stop.  I am going to cut up the Macy's card if this continues.

My Mom-in-law has been getting calls from 513-754-9822 (Mason, Ohio) all week.  When she answers no one's on the other line.  If she doesn't answer, they don't leave a message.  She does have a Macy's account, but isn't late on her payments.  I'll have her call the company.  Weird.  Plain weird!  If they were trying to collect, wouldn't they say something.  My poor Mom's stressed that she has some stalker in Mason, Ohio.  Thanks to whoever started this thread.

It is definitely Macy's or Bloomingdales. Regardless, whether you paid your bill only a day late, they will call until the payment has posted....so frustrating...i just paid a small balance I had and still receive a call from this number every couple hours into the wee night...ugh.

They were calling me 5 times a day.

these b*%ches keep calling me even though i don't owe anyone anything.  I pay all my bills on time so I know for sure this is a scam.  Argg!!  If they call me one more time they gonna get they a%%es whooped.

Wife freaking out about callers that don't leave messages, especially out of area calls. Guessing it is affiliated with an old Macy's VISA account she is making payments on.  Since the account is closed (can't be used for purchases now or in the future), it isn't always her top priority to pay it on time.  Teachers in Hawaii having to deal with furlough days in addition to supplying their classrooms with personally purchased supplies, books and equipment - but that's another story!

She receives several calls, sometimes in the same day at different times and agree with what most other posters have said (regarding robo-diallers, top-secret company ID, purpose of call being "an important matter") - and including thanks to whoever thought up this website and listed this number - it's a great service and a relief to know that we are not alone in this experience.

Sure sounds like harassment and with recent changes to Do NOT Call (especially for mobile phones) and/or existing rules and penalties regarding "collections", you'd think some savvy attorney would be all over this.

C'mon Macy's, if you really had no idea this was going on, you'd have to be a buffoon not to now with all these pissed off comments.  I've got great credit but NO ROOM in my wallet for YOUR CARD nor time in schedule to enter your store.  

The entry for Macy's in my book reads like this "Macy's = NO CLASS - treats customers like crap - pfft!"

I owe Macy 1.96 cents so I expect that the call is from them. My answer to these annoying calls is to use their number on any and all internet apps as I can. Let them be innudated by their peers.

many calls asking for me and stating it was a business matter.
whats up with this report number and find these creeps

I receive calls from this number about 2-6 times a day! One day, I picked up and it was a representative from Macy*s and asking to make a payment. I told them I already made a payment few days ago but they kept pushing. I asked how they got my cellphone number, all they said that it was "in my Macy*s account." I repeatedly told them that I never put my cellphone number in my Macy*s account and it was my house phone. The woman kept insisting it was in my account. I told her to stop calling me, she asked what my house phone was so she can call again. If she's a Macy*s representative and has my account information (which has my house number in it) then she should know what my house phone number! This is a scam! I called Macy* and complained about this! They said they don't know who these people are and that I should never give my information out!

I have been received this phone call for few months.
Most of missed call (30) is from this number.
Only the day they didn't call was on Thanksgiving.
Day and Night every 10 min. Really harassing~

NO MESSAGE,   DID NOT PICK UP  CALL, SECOND TIME THIS NUMBER HAS CALLED....

This is pure harrassment. I've been getting these calls for the last couple of weeks, and am thankful that I googled and found this website. It only now occured to me that I CAN call the number and I did. Not only is it Macy's but it is also Bloomingdales.

Keep getting calls from this number. Listening to everyone here, I guess it's a collector for Macy's. I'm 7 days late with my payment. Completely forgot to pay by 12/1 with Thanksgiving and then illness. NEVER been late before. I guess they're really paranoid about late payments. I agree, I do find it unprofessional to keep calling and not leave a message. They know how to email me for sales, why don't they send late payment reminder. I just totally forget them and another bill that was due on the same date. P.S. Just went on line and made the payments. Let's see if the calls stop.

Yeah same thing, this really annoying man came on and would not say why he was calling. It has to be a SCAM!!
