THIS IS A SCAM do not pick up has called me like 12 times but the macys thing has not c ame up they just hang up

He didn't say anything to me he just kept on breathing

I tried to call them back and I asked them why they keep calling me! and they hung up!

This nuimber keeps calling my cell and my home number - prob about 3 times a day - and I have a Macys account but have never been late - so Im guessing someone hacked Macys computers and is trying to get info....

These folks are intrusive idiots.
If this is Macy's I recommend we all
minimize or stop purchasing stuff from them.

I agree with Dr. Cleef and another respondent from the first page. Macy's has gotten shadier and shadier. They have pulled all kinds of crap on me and of course you don't speak to anyone actually in the united states when you call customer service. Their little cue cards only help so much. As soon as I get my balance paid off I am canceling this account and never going back.

All of the above in addition to the fact this number has called me several times a day for the last week with no messages.

Same thing. They keep calling. Even on Sundays! I don't answer. But When I call them from a private number they don't pick up or they are closed. I have a Macy's Account but it is closed. Scam!!!!!

I had a Macy's account but closed it down last July as I was not happy with the service. This number calls me about a 'billing charge' that has been placed on my Macy's account. I told him that it's impossible because the acc is closed. He then said 'Oh is it?' in an excitable voice before making a few noises and then hanging up.

This has SCAM written all over it

Starting early morning, I have received one call every hour from number. I never picked up because,I figured if it was important they would leave me a message. After about the 7th one, I googled the # and found this site. Now I know not to pick up.I do have a macys card,I wonder where the association is though? Obviously,these people are scammers.if it continues tom,I will call my service(verizon)and get the number blocked.

same here got a macys late payment call. very persistant of sending a check or paying by phone.

Calls several times a day-all week, 7 days, but never leaves message on answering machine. I don't know if there is some law or something but others like GE DO leave a message. It is very frustrating and annoying!
Does anyone know if debt collectors are required to leave a message AND if the are supposed to call Monday thru Friday and only from 8AM to 9PM? I can not seem to get clarification on this. Also, if it is a business is it not REQUIRED that their name show up on caller ID? Curious to know these answers. TIA

I get this call a couple of times a day and they do not leave a message and if I answer stll no one says a thing. It is time it stops

The call came again and they say nothing, if they are going to call at least say something or why they a calling.

From what I read here it looks like its some kinda Macy's thing. Well, I'm not sure about that. I never had Macy's card or even gave this number that they call me to any "Macy" worker. I think its all telemarketers just spamming/harassing all of us. I wish we could stop this. They call me at my cellphone.

I don't know whom this is I think it is Macy's but I made my payments they are trying to scam us or something the guy said is was a personal matter! Then he left me some 1-800 number.. do not give out any personal information I think this guy got a hold of numbers and accounts.....

I got many phone calls from this #. When they finally called @ a time I wasn't working, I answered it. It was from Macy's collections. I was behind on my pmts.

I get calls from this number with no message left and no one there about 4 to 6 times a day starting at about 8 am. If they are looking for a Macy's account they are barking up the wrong tree.

This is just another scam call. Don't even pick it up.
