I don't have nor plan to have a Macy's or Bloomingdale account. The number has been blowing up my cell phone .Thanks for posting so I know not to rush to answer it!

Thank you for clearing up the mystery!  I don't make a habit of answering calls if I don't recognize the number, so tired of ignorant sales calls.  

Although I know that I pay my Macy's every month on time, you helped me recall, that Macy's will call when you have exceeded your allotted amount ie.  500 limit or 1000 limit, etc...  It's a shame they just don't leave a msg, but i s'pose that has something to do with customer privacy rights.  I mean, who knows who will answer the phone number they have dialed... They do seem to have incompetent help in the customer service!.

They keep calling within two days.

My credit card balance is ZERO and Macy's keep calling stating i am past due.  I went the store in person to get this resolved, they promised the calls would stop.  Still getting them.  Such incompetent people.

I'm getting sick and tired of this phone call. 2-3 times a day. I have a charge. I haven't used it in a year, so they can't be calling for a debt. Make them stop or I'll stop shopping at Macy's

Interesting, I got this call and I do not have any credit cards associated with Macy's!

Just got called by this number caller refused to identify why they were calling me. Hung up and put a block on them.  If it is Macys, they DON'T have correct info since I'm not behind in payments!

This number also aggressively called my home phone for many days is a row. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. I was left very vague messages about a Macy's business matter but it seemed like a scam. This morning this number called and I answered but no one said anything. I called it back and it was Macy's calling to say we missed a payment. The way they go about this is very sketchy. I don't appreciate their process.

I keep getting phone calls from this number at all times of the day. They never leave a message. By now I know it is Macy's. I forgot to pay my bill on time. The worse thing is that after I paid in full my account, they charge $2. and cents a month and if you don't pay that on time they charge you a late fee of $40.  You think, I don't owe them anything and don't send the payment. Well, your account keeps growing. They are such crooks.

I have been getting repeat calls from this # and they say they are calling from Macy's. They say I have a past due payment(which is not true) and they are going to hit my credit. But if I don't pick up they do not leave a message. I get about 5 calls a day.

This people has been calling my phone and when I call back no body answer the call they call from 1 513 754 9841 andb1 513 573 8028.

I have been getting calls every morning for the past 3 weeks from 513-754-984. Caller ID says Macys/Bloomies.  Very annoying especially when I have never shopped in there or have a credit card.

I am receiving no less than 10 calls per day from this #...every time I answer there is no one at the other end and then I am disconnected. Help please!
