They called and told my wife she has a  $5500 balance and will take a payment now. Not true. They have been calling from Ohio 4 to 5 times a day.  This is a scam.

This is from Macys. Also # 513-573-7978 and 727-556-7300. They call and don't say a word

its a phishing scam, this number and 513-754-9852...
they told my wife her macy's account was past due and pressed her for a payment over the phone (ach w/ check no).
Of course all [***] and she called them out, not only was her account no past due, the balance they were asking to pay wasn't even close to what was actually charged on the account.  kept pressing for payment, my wife said nope asked them to send her a current statement to her email tied into the card.  all of sudden then couldnt do that and didnt have her email...interesting.  they then told her they would send it out in the mail.   They are not macy's!

I have received 39 calls from 513 area code phone numbers in Mason, OH (513-573-8028, 513-754-9874, 513-573-8038, and 513-754-9841) the past week. Now they are calling from 727-556-5492 in St. Petersburg, FL as well. I have already had 3 calls today from both area codes. I get up to 6 calls a day, including weekends. I thought solicitors are not allowed to call on Sunday's, so I'm not sure what this is. The 513 #'s said it is for "Macy's/ Bloomingdales," but I have never missed a payment. Then the 727 # said it's for "Macy's Credit Operations." Even if you block the numbers, they will continue to call from another number. I hope someone knows how to get them to stop for good. Please help. Thank you!

P.S. I noticed the calls started a day after I stupidly tried signing up for tickets to a game show online. I will never do that again. They are a third-party scammer trying to get personal information.

Got multiple calls that my daughter owes on Macy' s credit card. The account hasn't been used in several months. Just call Macy's to confirm before sending any money!!

stop calling  my home.  we do not owe you any money.  i sent you a check for $37.44 on Aug 15
to pay for the dress i purchased for my wife.  yu have been paid in full.    Also, close the account.
We are not shopping at your stores anymore.   Your practices are fraudulent.

Who the heck are you talking to???  No one here has anything to do with a dress store.

Wow, did you even take one half a second to actually think before making that post? Do you actually think that they will see it? Do you actually think that if they did somehow miraculously see it they would know who you are? Did you take a few seconds to read what this site is about before posting?
I somehow think that the answer to all those questions is "NO".

Got a call from Macy’s/Bloomingdales per caller I.d. Saying they didn’t get my payment this month. I looked at my checkbook & had mailed it on time. The Indian guy on the phone asked me to give him bank or credit card # over phone to make payment. I said no way I will pay in store after calling next week to see if payment has been received. With all the number spoofing going on , I’m not giving out my info!  I have never been late on a payment in 30 years as a customer and they call me because they have not received a payment due 10 days ago from collections!! I wii be closing my account & not be buying Macy’s in the future!!
