Text message from this number is Dillon's Pharmacy telling me my EPI pen is ready. This area code is not mine. Not sure why they are using an out of state #.

Received text that my "LIS" is ready for pickup.  Smith texts are being scammed.

I got a scam text from this number telling me that I had a prescription at Kroger for $315.00 that I needed to call them and confirm I wanted it. I checked on the Kroger website and had no such prescription. They are moving from scamming as Amazon to Kroger now.

received aug 17 2023 ...... from smith's pharmacy sprinville utah telling me my order is delayed til 08-18-2023 . provided a prescription abbreviation that does not match any of my meds

Reminder to pick up RX starting with FAM, CHL at....... it goes on to give the name of my pharmacy and city. Then says to Text STOP to optout. I did not respond as this would only confirm to the scammers that my number is an active number. My real pharmacy does not text me for such things.

They already know that it is an "active number" plus it doesn't matter to someone making tons of calls or texts to scam people.

I got the same text as well for a Kroger in GA off Moreland ave. I don’t get it for a while and then it returns again. This is my first time doing any research on it.

I received a text msg stating I need to update my insurance info with Kroger's.  I checked my Kroger pharmacy account and there was nothing there and I picked up prescriptions afterward and there was nothing on their records for this.  The link provided is suspicious.

This number have been texting me.  I know it is a scam.

I received a text from Kroger Pharmacy looked legit but phone number gave it away.
513-813-7884 is a Cincinnati, Ohio exchange I live in Indiana. I reported to Krogers district office which is located in Ohio. Someone has hacked into pharmacy patient accounts and Krogers needs to take action,!

I just got the same text, with same phone number. Strange because I was just at my doctor's office two hours ago and she sent a prescription to my mail-in pharmacy, NOT my Kroger pharmacy. I did a search and found this site, thankfully.

I am currently receiving the same text.. every few days.  Do I continue to just ignore it?

Please explain why you think that someone who posted here last August will be returning after 6 months to read your post and answer you?

I got the same message from Kroger with this number,  and Im in AZ.  I knew it was a scam, as I do get their pharmacy notifications, and its a code not an actual number that it comes from.

I received a message from 5138137884 this morning that says my refill in Kroger is denied and I should contact my prescriber. It is a scam but they know my name. I suspect the Kroger pharmacy website has been hacked.
