So sick and tired of them constantly calling.  We do not answer our offifce phones and have an automated system.  However, they either let it go to voicemail & hang up after 2-3 seconds or leave a message.  We have to listen to the entire message including caller id for phone # & time before we can delete the message.  Huge waste of my time and energy!  I do everything at this company, including financials, taxes, etc., I'm not just the receptionist!  They are just like all the other solicitors that no matter how many times you tell them you are not interested and to stop calling, they keep calling!  They even sent e-mails repeatedly.  Solution:  Blocked e-mails and blocked their phone#!  Problem solved!

Ties up multiple lines on our switchboard and they all hang up prior to anyone being able to speak to help someone.  These calls then repeat and continue to tie up for our switchboard sometimes as many as 6 times a night.

Called me 4 times today told me they had dispatch for me, the first 3 times they called I told them I don't take dispatch from anyone but my dispatcher, after about 2 hours they called back and ask if I picked up there load. I told the idiot that I don't pickup loads for anyone that's not my dispatcher and don't call me again

They are not sales or telamarketer calls. If you are getting calls that is because that is a number they have as a contact for a customer. If they are asking for someone who doesnt work there, no need to be rude to them as they are probably trying to find out who a new contact is.  They are a freight company, they r not trying to sell u anything

A broker from Total Quality Logistics called for an employee that no longer works here, I guess he thought I was the boss because he gave me his whole speal, I went and spoke to my boss on his behalf because I am a sales rep and I appreciate when someone takes the time to listen to "ME", my boss said he was not interested, I asked my boss if he would speak to the guy because people say that same thing to me all the time and I end up earning their business, he said sure, then it got ugly the guy on the other line was WAY too pushy, we hire long haulers all the time and have a company that gives us a super low rate $300 from Arizona to Rancho Cucamonga, the broker told my boss he could do the same haul for $75, there is no way that would not even pay for the gas...my boss finally ended up hanging up on the guy because he would not stop talking and was beyond pushy, at least I know when to stop this guy did not, he is not going to get much business this way beware of this company you might send your stuff out with them but who knows where it will end up

Seriously. Called to speak to our director of operations but said his name so fast I asked him to repeat who he was looking for. Got really rude and said, "you, know, Ed. ED. Not hard to spell young lady." I immediately transferred the call to ED's voice mail. No need wasting my boss' time with sales pitches especially when they are rude to me to start with. I know how to spell ED. I don't know how to speak whatever language you were speaking when you said his name at warp 10.

So tired of these guys calling. I filed an FTC complaint against these guys and they are still calling. I have asked them to stop calling several times, but they keep calling anyway. I would never do business with these guys based on that alone. So annoying and they lie when they call. Try to tell me they've never contacted us before, etc. I can only hope there is a special place in hell for these kinds of people. Hopefully one filled with ringing phones where they have repeat callers who lie to them all day long.

Man called and was extremely rude.  Kept trying to get past the front desk and speak to someone in receiving. No matter how many times I told him I could not transfer him, he would still persist.  This person lied and lied to try and persuade me to forward his call and I never would. At that point, he just kept talking over me and accusing me of being rude to him.  I can promise you, I am never rude.  At this point, why in the world would we do business with this company if these are the type of people who represent them?  You can forget it "Hamad" or "Ahmad"... Trust me, I do realize he gave a fake name!  LOL. Do be careful of these people... they will do their best to intimidate you into doing what they want.  The just underestimated me.....  Was having fun playing his little game though... bring it on!!!  I'm ready to play!

I could hear the chatter of the boiler room in the background and knew it must be telemarketers.  I had to say hello a number of times before someone spoke.  He said he was from Total Quality.  I was irked that if he is bothering people he could at least stay on his phone.  I told him, "You don't have Total Quality" and hung up.

Keep calling, annoying

Called twice in 2 days. From the other replies on this site, I'm sure I'll get .ore.I've dealt with a holes like this. It's best not to even answer. Just report them and know their time of harassment will be put to rest.

They have been calling almost everyday for over a month.  Never leave a mesage, and if I answer, they hang up.

They have possibly the dumbest sales people ever. Annoying potential customers is seen as a great way to make sales? Don't waste your time asking to be taken off the call list, they just endlessly call and call. I was quite annoyed with them but I've decided to have fun with it and spend a few minutes giving them a taste of their own medicine by being as obnoxious as possible and listening to them break and try to focus hard on the pushy sales tactics they were taught.TQL = Talent-less Questionable Liars

I believe that they are work from home telemarketers. I have politely tried on several occasions to request that they refrain from calling, but they refuse. Our security department is turning the information to the appropriate authorities.

Juste can get ride of them even if I say that I will call them if needed .... I will never work with them  just because of that.

If you have cell iPhone very easy to block the [***]. Press little i at far right and go to bottom of list to Block this caller. Unlimited blocking.

they call every day. i have told them multiple times to stop calling but they can't seem to comprehend that. i got upset one time because they were continuing to call. i told them to remove me from their call list because they have nothing to offer us and the guy on the other line said he could TRY to put a request in. Try?? how about stop calling! i just pick up the phone and hang it up immediately now. i refuse to be polite or take another call from them.

Same experience as all the above but they are actually debt collectors or like. No end to the bs they will pull. I figure I will be dead within the year. Good luck
