The most annoying logistics company! Sales reps constantly calls even after you tell them to stop. If you have no use for them, don't give them contact info.

Total Quality Logistics - listed as Tony when they call. They have called all of my companies locations even though I have asked them to take all locations off their list or do not call list as we cannot work with them. Super persistent and has gotten really rude.

They are a truck broking company, if that call then your company has a load with them, or somebody gave them the wrong number. They are very nice, and they are not selling anything.

These ***holes are relentless.  They call my business at least 3 x's a week after i asked to be put on a do not call list

I answered my phone and the person on the other end said "Hey I am looking for Courtney"..."Hey"? Really?

Idiot company.  We have repeatedly told them we do not ship truckloads and to remove our # from their list.  Yet, they will call back the next month and ask the same stupid question.  Panasonic call block is on high alert and we finally blocked them.

Repeatedly call.  We have told them that most of our customers set up their own shipping. Last week, after bothering our office manager, our traffic manager called and asked them to stop calling.  They called this morning.  Told the office manager that she had asked to call them back.  Our Office manager told her she had not.  I don't know how we can stop these clowns from calling and wasting our time.

This is a Freight company based out of OHIO. A great company that is doing what more Americans should be doing. "Working"

Repeatedly calls our office to shill for TQL Logistics. Have asked to be removed from their call list with no success. Do not do business with this scam company.

Freight Telemarketer. I keep politely asking them to stop calling as we do not require trucks for our 50 or so pieces of mail each day. Their response: "Your company's name is on my list". Aside from being occasionally rude, they cost countless telemarketing victims an incredible amount of wasted time. There must be uninformed companies entrusting their commerce to these rude bottom feeders.

Just called and hung up. Sales call.

Same here. We never ship full truck loads, explained that time and time again.  Seems like a new rep everytime (I suspect high turnover rate at TQL). I quit answering their number and also emailed the latest rep asking him to take our number off the list. He said he could, but they would just start calling back again in 90 days, he was different from the rest, wanted to earn our business, yada yada.  Thick skulls over there at Total Quality Logistics.

They don't take no for an answer, very pushy and a real PITA!!!!!

They 'harvest' phone numbers off the internet and have pushy sales people that make cold calls to try and sell their services.
I got a call from a guy who mumbles and speaks so unclear, that half of what he says is a mystery. It took about 3 minutes for me to figure out who he is, what company he is with and why he is calling.
Totally unprofessional company, totally unprofessional sales people.
I would NEVER do business with this type of shady company!

pointless... Calling hanging up, calling hanging up, calling leave silent voicemail, calling picking up and saying nothing important after being told not interested. Oh and more calling. Isn't this illegal?

Left a message not related to me - scam, trying to sell something

Very RUDE guy who keeps calling our company. He asked for someone who no longer works for our company and he was upset the person is not with out company. Would not understand we dont "randomly" transfer calls.
