Annoying. I received so many Chinese calls from different numbers. Actually, a Chinese’s friend who received that call told me the spam is targeting Chinese people who happen to have travelled in China. They will tell you that your card or document have been stolen and sold in illegal market and you are liable. In order to claim your innocence, you need to call back a number and identify yourself (they will then steal your information). This is very credible if you happen to have travelled in China...and that you understand Chinese!!
