Harassing, annoying unknown persistent caller. Eats up my cellular plan "I" pay for while they eat away at my minutes costing me money and using my time allotted for per month. This is a so-called survey from MI State University, but this survey has been going on since 2003!?!? This is 2018, how damned long does it take to do a survey nobody wishes to participate in!! 15 years and counting!! Leave people the hell alone! The FCC and TCPA Telemarketer Law clearly states they are not allowed to contact you unless you give them prior verbal and/or written authorization and if they have not received permission from you they are breaking the law! A public college is "not" protected by the flimsy "government entity" ruse they use to try to get away with breaking the law! A state run and state funded college is not exempt from following the telecommunications law set forth by our federal government of which they are "not" a part of-they cannot even claim to be a "branch" of government and if they do that is fraud and deliberate misleading of the consumer. Ah yes, instance #5824 of the consumer getting [***] with someone who doesn’t make the rules. Get a life, idiot. And maybe a phone that you didn’t buy from a Radio Shack.

Gotten lots of phone calls from them--today, they left part of a message that I could barely make out.  So since this is a request for a survey that they will submit to the government, that means they can harass people??  Send us something in the mail first, and I will look at it and decide if I want to answer the questionnaire and send it back.  And make sure it's postage-paid, since I'm not spending 50 cents on you guys.

Blocked this number! Both adults in the household have told them that we are not interested in participating in the health survey and yet they continue to call. Reported to the FCC for what it is worth. They should not be able to continue harassing us after we've told them to stop calling. Blocking them will have to do.

2nd call yesterday 517-355-1855 same id  I did the answered their questions  I don't want to answer any mor questions or receive any more calls  I have blocked both numbers as I will with any others I receive

I actually answered once, after receiving repeated calls, I said I don't have time for this and please stop calling. They're still calling, so I blocked the number.
