I'm in Kitchener, have also been receiving these calls. The callers are not from Internationl Media Partners of Bellevue, Wash, USA, and that legitimate small company has been inundated by angry callers thinking that IMP made the calls. I'm guessing that they're actually an offshore "phishing" operation, ..so good thing the police are involved..

I got a call from the Indian man named Brian.he wants to have Absolute Quality Services clean my ducts.....he is going to call me back on Monday..I am going to check the BBB and tell him I have checked him out...I wonder if they really provide the service..last time I had this kind of call it was for Mr Tankless for a water heater..advertised in the paper and I called...they never provided my product but they sent me the contract for the loan from Crelogix in BC...finally got the Crelogix thing stopped..the sales person came to the house....I was ready to have this product installed but they never came to do it...called BBB....they arent members so you can complain but they cant be dealt with....I will check with the BBB on Monday about this Absolute Quality Home Service and warn them to stop calling. I have a feeling they come, book you..take your money and then never show up...I think I will call Sears...lol

Got a call from them the other day... sounded like a child.... asking me if I'm a smoker... told her to slow down as I am Hard of Hearing and couldn't really understand her... she told me she wasn't speaking fast and that I just needed "to listen to her more closely!!"  Seriously??? tell a Hard of Hearing person to listen closely?????? With her rudeness on that I hung up on her.  Today I had the same number call.... I answered... said hello about 4 times and then whoever called hung up.  I called back to a busy signal.  Seems like a scam to me!!!!

Something has to be done about these idiots, i am surprised to see after so many people have called cops on this number, they still are bothering us. Tried calling back at this number and is always busy.

This phone number just called me. It was a guy speaking english with a chinese accent, telling me he was calling from Delaware to inform me my computer was downloading malicious software...and he wanted to know who owns the computer, when I refused to tell him, he got mad and said "well I tried t help you" then hung up.  What a big fat lier since the phone number is area code 519, could not be from Delaware. Beware of this number don't release any information.

I am receiving calls from this number but unfortunately, the area code is never displayed so I'm not even sure it's area code 519, but I think it might be.  We have only picked up once when that number called and there was no one there....could hear someone on the other end, but never said anything.  Has anyone been able to confirm who is calling?

Not too sure who these people are, am on the "gov" no call list, so it was not a charity!

I had a call today i have a digital line and not listed so how he/she got the number is beyond me the only thing I can think of i gave Craig's list my number to sell my house but I never got on craig's list due to my phone number would not go through to give me the code to enter to have my listing put up on craig's list
There was no sound at the other end just my phone keeps ringing

I called my cell phone with my home phone, but the cell phone displayed 519-772-1785, not my home number. I'm now calling my phone company to check it.

I just changed my home phone to freephoneline.ca this year. Recently I called my cell phone from home and found that the cell phone caller display is giving 519-772-1785, not my home number.

Ok, so I've been called about getting my ducts cleaned 4 times today.  How do we get them to stop?

guy said he was from windows. heavy Asian accent, started cursing at us.

I am SOOOOOOO sick of this number calling me 2-3 times EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRR!! How do I make it stop!?!?!??!

the whole list was cloned and the cloned list is legal to call,nice the gov. gathered all our numbers for them in one easy convenient place...got a call from this number and wasn't around to answer,wont bother next time-they get the annoying answer machine message...nobody ever listens to all of it.

Try this:

Have them come to clean your ducts...when they arrive tell them to take a hike and start respecting the no call list.

Or tell them you don't own any ducks, just a couple of cats...lol

I'm waiting for their next call to try this out.

noticed i've gotten calls about someone needing to speak to the man of the house or home owner , or about mortgages, now i live in an apartment , got a call recently decided no to answer, and look up what i thought was a local number, and brought me here, i think i understand just never to answer my phone unless i know the number or am expecting a call.....
it's just unfortunate that this has gone on so long and too long, too far!

Yep they called me too also in kitchener and ofcosre since I am a woman asked to speak to the woman of the house yet I too am in an apartment they said it was about a survey and I said no I get calls like this everyday and then he continued to ask until I said rude "ive already said no three times" then hung up they have called twice since and ive been out oh wow WTF

Do not buy anything off of this [***].  I told him to stop calling me and he told me to "[***] off" over and over again.

I got a call from them today, there was a loud noise in the background before a man with an Asian accent named "Jimmy" had spoken, telling me that he was from a computer service place (can't recall the name) and that we had many viruses on our computer, then asked for my father. I told him that he wasn't there, after asking my dad if he had called anyone about our computer. The man proceeded to tell me that he could help me with the viruses on my computer. I asked how he could have known about the viruses and he tells me that it was because of the wireless connection...

This is when I knew that he must have been lying because we don't have any wireless connection. I started laughing and stated that we didn't have wi-fi. He told me that I should go down to my computer so that he could help me see the viruses, I couldn't help but laughing harder when I asked him how he knew that I had a virus on my computer, after that he hung up immediately.

Next time this number comes up, I'm going to just going to troll them so hard.
