this number called me today and claimed i needed a federal inspection of my vehicle, which after 12+ yrs has never happened with GEICO. So...i called them. The number is not theirs. They are researching it thru their fraud division and calling me back in 3 days.  They said it is not GEICO.

call centers use Voice Over IP, they dont pay long distance charges, your just making people working a [***] job sit and suffer, thanks.

This person or company is calling, leaves no message, hangs up when I answer and is not available when I call back or I get a busy signal.

I just got through and found out this is GIECO, trying to leave a message now.

Rec'd calls, called back from land line, they said they could not remove our number until the previous owner of the number called in and tells them that is no longer thier number. I have never been a Geico customer and I will never use their insurance just because of the bothersome phone calls we have rec'd. Someone should do something about this. Oh yeah, nevermind it's a government discount line for Geico, so I guess nobody will do anything.

People, it is the reminder dialer from Geico, reminding you your policy payment is due so your policy doesn't lapse and you drive around like some idiot without insurance!

it is most likely Geico, I owe a payment lol.

Maybe if someone get this number again, they could ask a question like "What is my policy number?" or "What kind of car do I drive?" If they can answer, it is probably Geico. If it is just a machine, and not asking information, it is also probably Geico. What would be the point in scamming a number just to tell you your policy payment is overdue?

It's GEICO to remind you to pay your policy dues or you'll be dropped or sometimes, it's a survey to see why you dropped them. I don't think they leave a message because they don't want to divulge any private info. The call has helped me to remember to pay before but it would help that they at least leave message identifying who they are so you can know to pick up.

This number has called me three times today.  Jez, I don't owe them a premium til Friday.  This pisses me off that they call my cell>

Several calls already today from that number...no message has been left.  We just switched our insurance from Geico to another company...so if it makes sense that it could be from Geico.
