Just received a call from 541-844-2097.  Woman speaking Spanis, then a hangup.  Bad reception, sounded like a recording.

Just got this random call too.

I was just called on my iPhone by this number. It's a recording in Spanish. I speak Spanish, it says "congratulations" and that I'm "the winner of 1000 dollars", then it instructs me to press 1 for more information.

Man's voice telling me I won a trip to Cancun, Mexico. Lucky me...I don't even remeber entering a contest. So what is their scam? I have an iphone too.

Same as another. It's a period of 3 seconds of horrible feedback then you get a message from a female spanish (mexican accent) to tell me I've won something.

It's in the US, so I've just reported the number to the FCC...which all of you should do to. They just used a couple minutes of my money to call me with spam. you guys too.

If you call it, they want you to enter your home phone. Don't do it folks. There's no human, and it takes a bit of skill to actually get around the recording.

Anyways, don't call it and for sure don't put your number in. The human I got was scared I got to that point.

This number called me at 11:59am on Feb 21, 2009. From Eugene, OR. I text the number but no reply. But I also did not get a message telling me the person does not have texting. So that means its a cell phone.

I also have an iPhone. Plus I Found out where the person or what ever lives. Type in (44.05 123.08) In google maps. It will show you right where the house is. BTW its not a cell phone like I thought. Its a lanline
