called id was 1-555-123-4567 to my cell phone.  Person asked for someone in an IT department.

Received the call. They hang up. The caller id indicates "Private Call". Dont answer the phone.

Here is the list of ALL THE NUMBERS that are Telemarketers - they might be the same company with different aliases. All these numbers show as "Private Call":

i have one friend who calls me and this comes thru on the caller id.  i don't know why...Calling card maybe??

Someone just tried me from that number. Looks like an Indian or other overseas IT firm trying (unsuccessfully) to drum up some business. One of the hassles of doing IT/IS work on the web I guess.

He kept on calling us and hung up.WEIRD

Got 2 calls about 5 or 10 minutes apart from 555 123-4567
I did not answer.  The answering machine answered.
They hung up.

Caller ID was spoofed to read 555-123-4567.  Caller stated he was doing a survey on fast foods.  When I asked what company he is calling for he advised Datascension.  Interesting timing, only yesterday after receiving a call from 714-482-9769 (Caller ID of Datascension) I set up the 714 number in PhoneTray to zap them on all future calls.

Called 3:45 AM. Call woke everyone in house up! Called 2 times. How can I make sure never to happen again!

Just got a call from this number claiming to be a Sam Morris and that my father owed him money and he was coming to our house to collect???? Of course my family doesnt owe him anything. Very very very off. Police have been notafied

Got two calls from this number around 2am today. No message left on answering machine, but very annoying nonetheless.

Received 2 calls at 4 AM Unknown caller.  Didn't answer and took receiver off hook so rest of family didn't get woke up.

Got a call from this number at 5:30 a.m. - woke up baby!! PISSED ME OFF!! They didnt leave a message - they better not call again, very annoying, and scary - makes me think something happened bad when my phone rings that early in the morning!

This person thing calls me once a week D= I dont like it...this is wierd

i recieved calls all night from 555-123-4567 they asked for jimmie and called every 5 min for hours

I just recieved a call from this number too!!!  It was so creepy because the line was very staticy and there were two voices on the line.  One was litterally talking jibberish like, "blah blah da daa da da daaaa" and then a super loud voice was talking jibberish as well.  I think they were arabs or something. Scary, I am not answering the phone if it happens again.
