They claim to be a company called card services offering to lower your credit card interest rate. DONT give them any information. I told them months ago to give me thier number and I would call them back as I do not carry my credit cards with me and they had no number to give. I have requested personally several times that they stop callin and also pressed the number 3 to be taken off the list. The calls stop for a period of time after that, however they start up again. They have also called me from a local phone number. I agree that something should be done about this, but how? when no one seems to know who they are or how to find them?

Tired of them calling and leaving messages.  Tried to call back to ask them to stop calling and it says the number is unreachable.  They never call when I am home

Would not leave a message and when returned the call, received an error message.  Caller ID states Cell Phone from FL.  In researching this number, realized that it is a Debt Free Solicitation call.  We are on the "DO NOT CALL LIST."  These calls are very frustrating especially when we are sitting down for dinner.  How do we stop the harrassing calls?

They are a debt consolidation company - also call from landlines 502-390-9997 and 339-502-6693 and 715-654-0652 in addition to several 516 area code numbers in NY. We have been working closely with the FCC in shutting this group down. Now they have reverted to cell phones- 561-866-0693 is a "GoPhone" and is registered out of New CIngular Wireless, LLC in Atlanta GA - PH# 866-246-4852. They are AT&T. They (AT&T) say they cannot do anything to help. Here's what will help. Go to www.donotcall.gov and file the complaint. It takes about 2 mintes to fill out the form. DO IT EVERY TIME THEY CALL- whether you answer or not.  I was thrilled that I did and received a call from the FCC. They are working on this- help them out. I would guess they located the company thru the land lines and they need to know that they are now using pay-as-you-go-cell phones. Trust me, the FCC will make AT&T resolve this problem for us all!

These people keep calling, it's not even funny.

I got on the no call list as a precaution, 48 hours later I got a zillion calls from this number and a bunch of others. Don't sign up for the  so not cal list, it is a scam too!

I have been getting calls constantly from 561 866 0693 on my cell phone.  Can't anyone do anything about this.  I have asked them not to call and when I ask who they are they hang up onmy - has happened 3 time now out of the 6-7 calls I get.  The recorded message alwys says they can lower the interest rates on my credit card. They make it sound like it is my credit card company calling.

They call me constantly, I cannot believe when I googled the number all the complaints I found, unreal.

I am on the do not call list.  I'm tired of such annoying calls.  This one is to refi my home.  The number disconnected when I pressed zero.

I get a recorded speach about home  loan refinancing when I answer. Sometimes it's a live person. I have told them repeatedly that my home is paid for. Apparently they dont care because they keep calling. Ridiculous!!!

If anyone fines out who this company is let all know. I have a few things to tell them, Iam on the do not call list. It must be no good.

8/6/10 at 4:11pm Eastern time.  Received an unsolicited call to my cell phone from this number.  It was a pre-recorded message for a topic (mortgage payment problems) that does not apply to me.  The call violates several telemarketer practices. (and possibly laws.)

Used to get these calls on my home phone. Still do occaisionally. Now they call my cell.
Few people have my no-contract cell number, and the only numbers I recently added to my list and gave my number to are a surgeon and a hospital due to injuries to my elderly mother. This is my emergency only phone and I jump everytime it rings. Now these scammers have the number!

The do not contact law only works with LEGAL tellamarketers.
So, after I get the first call from a particular number, I ask to be added to their do not call list, and then I never answer a call from that number again. Doesn't keep me from jumping when the phone rings, but it appears to be the only remedy for the scammers.

these people call at least once a week;  i refuse to answer the call.  they are a telemarketing scam out of boca raton florida, but that's only the number, they actually are an indian call centre harassing hardworking people who work for their families to put food on the table.  i have far better things to do with my time than answer these types of calls.  whatever happened to the donotcall.gov list?  this obviously doesn't work and im sick of these people calling me.

This number is a solicitation call searching for people who may possibly owe back taxes. The message they leave ask you to press One if you wish to speak to a company rep. If you DO press One then you have given them the right to call you over and over again. If you don't press one then it will keep calling you anyway; usually 3-4 times daily. I am also on the NO CALL List both with the state of Missouri and the Federal Government. I will be contacting them regarding this issue today.

I've been getting calls from these jerks for the past two weeks. I'm pissed! Does anyone know how these people are getting our numbers. They called with a pre-recorded Tax Solution Service Message, I don't owe federal taxes! How the hell did they get my info, I'm worried that they have more info then just my number!

I really hate these guys..  They have called five times but after the good posts, i labeled the phone calls at people i can screw with..   If you screw with them, it will make you feel better..

My caller ID gives the name of Alan Mitchell calling me from this number. Have no clue who he is or why he is calling as when I answer he hangs up. Moron!
