This number is just Kaiser calling to let you know that your prescription is ready or that your due for tests. If you don't want them calling you, don't join Kaiser. Frankly I appreciate the call to let me know that the prescription is ready or to remind me that it's time for a treatment or test, my private Doctor would have never done that and charged a fortune for a 15 minute visit.

That is correct, no one could have told anyone anything since this is a recorded message and it is a good thing as far as I can see. Who complains about being told your prescription is ready ?

I keep getting the same calls from the same place. I am going to look into it because I get a text when my scripts are ready and an e-mail when lab or appts. are confirmed. Judging from all the messages I just read here I suspect someone is trying to get info on mail order meds?

Thank you for the info guys! Nice to know it's Kaiser. The odd thing though: I never placed an order to be shipped. I always go pick them up. So I don't know why they'd be calling me. I signed up for the text messaging service, so I get texts when they're ready. But I've never used the shipping service. Strange.

Kaiser members who have their prescriptions mailed are called from this number to inform the Kaiser member that the order has been mailed. Occasionally, if there is a problem with a prescription order/refill there will be a message and number to call.

Not a telemarketer. I had ordered a prescription mailed to me, and it was a call thanking me for using the mail order refill system. Nothing bad here. They left a message which I received.

Just a courtesy call from Kaiser Mail order Pharmacy to let you know your prescription is in the mail.

I got the same call but didn't answer. Looked it up and I know I have a Rx to pick up at the pharmacy so they must call either way. And I see they just left a message and they were telling me to pick it up by a certain date or I will have to reorder it. Nice service. Not a scam call or telemarketer.

My call from them today was a reminder to refill one of my prescriptions. Kool beans.

Though that appears to  be the case, they shouldn't have a robotic call stating to press a button (spoken in spanish) and then hang up. No mention of RX or anything else was stated.  Hardly a "COURTESY".

This was a legitimate call from Kaiser telling me my prescription was ready to pick up.

I got a bs recorded message tellin me to call a specific # and it’s all a scam. This crap pisses me off. I got enough problems, I don’t need this [***] too.

Caller ID was NO NAME out-of-area call, but it was Kaiser reminding my wife by recording that she has a prescription to pick up.  Caller ID should have displayed as KAISER PERMANENTE, but their technical staff failed to show it.

I am frequently getting a call from(562)-401-5940. However there is just “out of area” on my caller ID so I don’t pick up so it goes to my answering machine after 3 rings. The message left is a garbled ”____ Nueva”. I think. This has been going on monthly for years. I contacted Kaiser  member services three times to ask if they can correct and stop these calls since I am English-speaking only and find it annoying. Kaiser said they have no way of stopping the calls. I asked the Kaiser Pharmacy I use monthly in case it was them, and the rep said a lot of English-speaking only Kaiser members complain about getting this same call but they have no control over it. Difficult for elderly and mobility impaired people to navigate to their usual landlines to answer these calls especially when Kaiser is a Medicare provider.  How about a little customer service and personal responsibility, Kaiser?

This number, from Kaiser, directed me to call another number (866-352-4737) for a message. Calling that number explained how they were putting on 'Life Care Directive' seminar nearby (at a Kaiser building). Ridiculous jumping through a hoop like that - just leave a message the first time!
