it use to anger me when they would call. now i just let my 3 year old talk to them. they asked him where his mommy was and he told them a alligator ate her because she was standing too close to the pond. or i answer it and tell them to hold on. just put the phone next to the tv. or i just hang up on them. my nieces love to answer the phone when they call. they tell them stuff like their mommy cant come to the phone cause shes out at the bar. and that they are cooking raviolis for dinner but they cant use the microwave so they have to eat them cold. its quite funny when they call

Palisades Collections buy really old debts from 5 to 20 yrs old and tries to collect on them this is "so" illegal and when its over the statue of limitations in your state, then they are in violation of the law and cant report to the attorney general, better business bureau and you can hire an attorney to sue. However, i choose to not acknowlege their calls. therefore, the debt is never validated. They have been known to put old debts on your credit report if you validate that they have called the correct debtor and the correct address.  Better get a new unlisted number.... SMH

These people have called my home number twice. When I called them back to let them know that they are calling the wrong number the automated system wants me to put in information. After finally speaking with someone they give me the name of a person I don't even know, I tell them to take my number out of there system, they tell me it will take 24 hours to delete, well, they won't like it if they call me and I answer the phone cause I am going to let them have it. I have no debt and they called me for someone I don't even know. I would like to know how my number even got in there system. Palisade collections is stupid and illegal and should be turned in.

I likewise called them, typed in random SS # and got to a person who will take me off the list.  Right.  Asked why they hang up, no answer.  I plan to call them daily if I get 1 more call.  If everyone did, their phone lines would grind to a halt.
Fight back. Call back again and again.

they are pallisades collection agency.... if you put in 999999999 s as your social and hold on you can get thru to a person...they wouldnt give me their address.. the rep told me  her name was  GInny then Jenny  and told me she wouldnt call me anymore. I said I want to be that in writing to your company she said NO and then  when I asked her if she was recording me she told me YES I told her well you never told me that .she then hung up on me..... these is a bad news collection agencies lots of bad things reported about them and  well If they call me again.... I'll find a lawyer who wants to sue them ... :)   EVERYONE should review the FDCPA . debt collectors have rules to follow and they DONT because so many consumers have no idea what the rules are.  they arent  to call a number they've been told is wrong or NOT to call and they arent even supposed to call cell numbers in certain states. it'll be interesting to see WHEN or IF they call me again

Are you sure this is a debt collector, when I picked up the phone I heard breathing after I said hello and then it hung up. No recording, no computerized beep, it was weird.

Call and hold on the line &never  ever say a word . You can say hello all you want. They just hang up.  As been going on for 8 months and have recorded all phone calls on comcast phone records.  
I'll wait another month and if its not taken care of , their is another way of finding out about this mumber.   CA phone companies.

Palisades collection trying to collect $32 left from a car loan 18 years ago.

Well, they keep calling, along with several other companies looking for PATRICK SCHAFER.  Tired of these calls and I guess I'll have to get a different number, one that didn't belong to this deadbeat.

I keep geting calls at 954 730 2059. the person you are looking for does not live here.
iam 81 years old and I live here with my wife, also 81 yrs old. noone else lives here.  Please stop calling this number. and find the real person you are looking for.

Some collection agency.  I don't have any old debts that I know of...they got the name right, but if I have anything it is from 15+ years ago...not answering their annoying calls.

This person had my full name and said they were calling from Palisades Charter High School in California and that I had a debt to pay for $162.21. My kids finished more than eight years ago. They don't let you graduate if you owe any money. This is somebody trying to get money. They give you a reference number too. However, when I put in the reference number it said the last payment was made ???? date in the amount of ?????. Nothing comes up. I think it's a hoax and someone has taken personal and confidential information.

I got a call tonight from this number, I just ignored it, and then all my relatives with the same last name got the same call asking for me gave them a reference #. The number was the same, but the call were from California, New Jersey and blocked # calls.
Something needs to be done bothering my relatives really?????????? I dont owe anything.

I have the same problem.  But, once I actually talked to a human being who said she would remove my number from their list and she did not do so.  Not a human after all, perhaps!  I hate these calls and am wondering if you ever managed to get them to stop calling and how?

Wow.... these people do not get the hint... I am now getting calls from them every four hours. I reported it to the Police and was told they cannot do anything about it. They have our last name correct, but they are going through a list of people with the same initials, both men and women and saying they owe money to someone. It is getting to the point that I am on the verge of going 'Postal' on their butts!

They called me about the same school for the same amount(Hmmmm?).... my kids never went to school in California and have only been there twice, once for a Soccer Tournament and other for Disneyland... that one was for a Marion ___________.

Next they began bothering me for a Mark ____________ and a bill of $36,000 for a vehicle purchased in Florida. Last time I was in Florida was when I was in the Navy back in 1972.

2 weeks 24/7 no one there would love to put my foot in there a$$

This company calls me every day - multiple times a day. I am elderly, cannot hear and live in an assisted living facility. This is disturbing my peace of mind.
