This Marks Auto parts I learned too late They are total rip off  To many problems

this guy is a gem.....he really is a class  act idiot   we just told him  we dont want to sell to him  now  or ever....what a total jerk  maybe he should look in the mirror  or get a job  with the jerky boys

Purchased a reg and motor and taillight for a customers Mercedes Benz.  Great job correct parts and at a great price.  I still cannot believe I got the correct parts.

As a salvage yard for 20 years I've dealt with many Brokers but not like this guy.  He is not a yard he just collects calls and orders them from real salvage yards demanding cheaper prices and overcharging who ever he is buying for.  We direct ship for him, he never touches a thing!!  So if your looking for parts online stick with real salvage yards or ebay.  This guy is a joke and an ass...

Talked to Mark who is a very nice guy.. I explained exactly what I was looking for as he already stated he had what I was looking for, but apparently he didn't understand exactly what I really needed so I told him.. Said he would call me back after checking in the yard!!

This guy Mark called to order a part from us he wanted to ship. I had a mechanic check the part and the mechanic said it should be sold local only because the part had some damage and the customer should see the part before purchase. So I informed him that we could not sale the part because we do not ship parts that are damaged. he calls back the next day and wants me to pull the part and take a picture. I told him that the damage may not show in the picture and we are choosing to sale this part locally only. He got very rude and asked to speak to manager( I am the Manager). He then called me a [***] and acting like I broke the law for not giving him what he wants. Buyer and seller beware!!! he is buying parts for his customers that may be damaged!!! I wander if he is letting his customers know this!!!

These people are insane!!! They called me trying to get parts the guy is a complete [***] nut case!!!
After listening to his retardness for so long I got fed up and told him we were not going to sell them to him he kept asking and asking for the owner's information.
News flash you piece of [***] I am the owner.
After I hung up he kept calling and calling and harassing me about 20x.
These people should not be in business that guy has so many mental issues its amazing!!

Thats because the guys that work there have mental problems and are compeltey out of their minds they need to be reported.

This guy called up today trying to get some prices on parts shipped. So we told him we would need to calculate a shipping price and call him back he was very rude once we said that. But I ignored it.
Once he called back and we gave him a finally price which also made him freak out so I said never mind we don't need to sell this to you. He freaked out even more and kept repeating "what is your problem" over and over again like those are the only words he knows(which is probably true because this guy is the biggest [***] I have ever come across) Then he kept saying he needed to talk to the owner and whats his name and whats his number. I did not give him any information because clearly he has some mental problems and we do not want his business ever! He kept being extremely rude and kept with the name calling(things I cannot put on here because they are very rated R) So I hung up. He called back about 15x in a row and just kept harassing me.

He must be very very small (in the jeans and over all body) because all he can do is name call like a little 4 year old. Hes very lucky hes hiding behind the phone.
Im sure if he ever confronted someone like this in real life he would be in the hospital... or dead which would be nice too :)

This guy is rude and arrogant. Don't know how is still in business. Gave me the run around for a part and often sounded like he was doing me a favor. Unprofessional and rude.
