this makes me so so [***] sick my fiance Ryan the father of my 4 month old son who works so hard for his stuff he called this marc guy up ordering a bereta harness and he told Ryan that he would have it out the next day for him well a week went by and we never got it so Ryan called him again and the guy was getting mad at Ryan because he called again well its been a month actually a little over a month and we still have not yet got it. as i read everyone else statements about this guy it seems like he doing the same thing to everyone else this guy is taking people money and getting away with it something needs to be done this makes me sick this guy is nothin but a joke we are going to bank and changing my man credit number so that this guy don't take his money.

This guy is a nutcase,he calls our business for a part that is on a car that has just arrived and needs to be
dismantled so we can test the part and he can't understand why we can't stop everything and do it right this minute and also he has sold the part for what we have sold it for and he needs it cheaper,very arrogant person.We tell him that we have to process the car first and he wants to know why we have the part in stock if we can't sell it today and I try to explain the process to him but he does not want to hear it.So after about 3 more calls back from him we tell him we will pass on the sale and he still won't take no for a answer.

He demanded to speak with the manager (me) when he wasn't given the price he requested. 100.00 for a part priced at 200.00.. Told him I was the manager, he became insulting... He told me to grow up and give him the wholesale price. I asked him to be respectful and mind his comments and tone.... Marc has a lot to learn regarding basic salesmanhip, building and maintaining vendor/supplier relations. I did complete a sale with him and was asked to drop ship the item to his customer... .

This guy Marc called. Upset my salesman so bad that I took over the call. After checking out the names and addresses he was trying to use and reading a few different reviews connected to his phone number I choose to not do business with this person who has multiple names connected to this number. Now he is calling non-stop(every 3 minutes) with threatening calls about how he is going to ruin my (internet)business within 6 months. The only way to deal with this rude obnoxious person is to keep hanging up. Now I'm calling his local police dept, local zoning enforcement, tax collectors, ,etc. This guy deserves the attention he is about to receive:)

I just ordered a part from Mark because he responded quickly, said he had the part in stock, and seemed very professional.  Then I read the conflicting reviews at this website.  I hope all goes well, but the jury is out until I receive my order.  Stay tuned!

Intresting  cause  i had another guy about 6 months ago  calling from  570-338-2658  number that went to that address  he was  extremly  crude  ignorant and unprofessional  to me and the owner of the company . have only recently recieved calls from this number  and  he has the same qualitys my first  encounter  he was  very pushy an demanding on shipping prices  and i workd something out with him,  he called almost 4  weeks later to tell me  part was  cracked i told him i would refund  the part ( even though it was past the  30 days) became very  ignorant and  yelled at me to  send a return slip  because i would not  refund  the total price on both mirrors ,  finally came to a agreement  an figured when   we hung up it be awhile  before  i heard  from he called back that afternoon and was  very  push and  ignorant with my  boss well after being pushy with my  boss and  ignorant  he sold to him any way now there is something wrong with that  part  too he called back argued with the bosses son now .....save yourself headache, and  dont sell to him  knowing now that is one in same guy we sure wont be selling to this crazy guy anymore either  maybe someone should  terach him some manners  !!!!!!
