i rcvd call from this number.  it is actually a huge scam going on.  they change there numbers every few days.  one day he is steve austin, the other a police offeicer, dave smith, max thompson, today carlos santana.  they claim you owe money and your "case" needs to be taken care of.    do not confirm any personal information with these people.  they have heavy asian/foreign accents.  it is scary that they have all our personal information.  I taped them and called the police after they harrassed and threatened my family and friends.  The state police officer who called was even told to die by these people.  so beware, and report them!!!!

This callers are using famous people names and characters from the movies.


Just close your old bank account and open a new account.  Process a social security fraud claim file.

I have received calls from them about a payday loan taken out last year, inwhich I never did. I think its fraud and a scam. They want you to pay them 1st before they send you the paper work. If they don`t serve you with legal court papers, its most likely a scam. My lawyer called them and tried to talk with them, but they said without the bar association # they couldn`t talk to him, which I find funny because NY does not have a Bar #. They sound like they are from packastain, and they say they can`t understand my english. They go by these names: Dan Wilson, John Wilson, Mark Wilson, Lisa Wright, typical scam names, other phone #s that call are: 585-919-0331, 810-676-161(appears like that on my phone) They call non stop. If you fill out payday loan forms and get rejected, beware your info is sent to a lot of lenders, and you might get scammed. Remember, if they don`t serve you with court papers, don`t belive what they say, just tell them to stop calling becuase they are violating federal law by harrasing you and they can get arrested for that. They say the court is in California, but they refuse to give out the address, they say that if I don`t pay I will get looked up for 10yrs.

This is a scam operation out of Canandaigua, NY with phone lines located in Florida.  This is a debt collection agency operating illegal interstate operations.  You can report this activity to Interstate Commerce Commission...but you might as well just ignor it.  If you have call-block...enter their number, hit *01* on your phone key pad...and forget about it.

I received a call from this number on 24 June but could not answer the call. No message was left and when I tried to call back I got a message that said that the number has been disconnected.

I received a call today from a woman with a heavy Indian accent who claimed I took out a pay day loan.  When I questioned her about when the loan was taken out, she would not provide any information. She was also very persistent on me verifying my information, which I did not do. I simply hung up and called my bank an ask them to note my account regarding a possible unauthorize access.  BE AWARE OF THESE THIEVES!!!

A guy with an Middle Eastern accent calls me claiming his name is John Smith (yea right! I almost fell over laughing) He leaves me a message telling me that my layer has to get back to him or else.......I wish you good luck. Sounds like the same thing you guys are talking about. The thing that bothers me is that this morning there was a message on my works answering machine from this jerk. I hope somebody brings these guys down hard!

A heavily accented man called (who addressed me by Mrs.....") was calling to let me know I had won a free Verizon cell phone.  I told him "no thanks" and hung up.  I turned around to call Verizon to let them know what was going on, and the gal I spoke to said they had received several calls reagrding this issue.  Funny, while I was on the phone with Verizon, the same number was calling back showing up on my caller ID.  Don't people understand "no thanks" (yeah, right!!) TOTAL SCAM!!!!

Someone just called, I did not pick the phone since I did not recognize it.  I then googled it and here I find all these conversations!  Well, I am tempted to report to FBI but IT IS USELESS. The FBI will require me to FILL OUT LONG, LONG FORMS. I wish there was a way to just send an email to the FBI. But no, it is NOT there. Check their website.. unless I missed something I have never found it.

I got a call from this number and 310.429.5382 over the weekend. Both said nothing and were "no longer in service" a moment later. It's funny that they use a Jacksonville, FL address (that's where I grew up) but all of the Jax zip codes are 322XX not 33XXX or whatever these people are telling you. I hope they call back so I can [***] them out!

I just received a call from this number. Did not pick up. This is some crazy stuff here!

Received a robo-call from this number - the recording was a female voice identifying herself as "Diane" who was selling carpet steam cleaning.  Did not get the name of the company.  Total violation of Do Not Call.

Recorded message from "Diane" about carpet cleaning.  At end of message, "press 1 to make an appointment".  I did not.  Call was then terminated automatically.  Tried to call back.  "The number you have dialed is not a working number".  I am on the federal do not call list.  First call today.  Hope it does not persist.
