received several missed calls in a row from this number and then when I did answer they kept saying wrong number and hanging up on me.

Called me at least 20 times over the course of the last week or so. When I answer they say "sorry, wrong number" and hang up. Sometimes they call early in the morning and wake me up. Sometimes I'll hit "ignore" and they'll immediately call me again. If I call the number back, it just sends me to an automated message about it being an unassigned number at the Rochester General Health System. Extremely annoying. If anyone has figured out how to get rid of these calls please post!

This number called a cell phone number we have not given to *anybody*. Left no message. Just a minor annoyance.

I do not know how this is or why they constantly call me with out ever leaving a message.

I have been getting calls from this number for over a year now. The calls are coming from inside the Rochester General Hospital located at 1425 Portland Ave Rochester, NY 14621.
All the calls I have received are placed early in the morning between 3:30 AM and 6:00 AM. Most calls received are hang ups. Some calls they ask for some women before they hang up. Many times they will call back 10 or 15 times almost as if they are enjoying bothering you at 3:30 AM. If you call the number back, it comes back as an unassigned number.
The only number you can call to report this harassment is 585-922-4000 and they could care less and have done NOTHING to stop these calls.
If you block the calling number it does not help because they will just call back on another inside number that is also unassigned.
I received eight calls this morning at 3:30 AM, 11/28/13, Thanksgiving Day! All were hang ups.
IMO, this is some NUT employed at the Rochester General Hospital that gets a kick out of bothering people early in the morning.  

Got 2 calls-11:44 & 11:57 am on 8/11/14. Looked up number-appears to be Frontier. I have no business with them & don't know why they called-did not answer.
