received one last night but didn't answer.  googled it this morning and came up with a name:  Tiffany Lowy - but same address as listed as above

i recieved a call last night at 4:30 am. didnt pick up. there was a creepy 5 minute voicemail of breathing, and machine beeping. possibly a hiccup, or a laugh, and muffled talking. im assuming if this is the same person, they are bored as hell. HA!

Someone called and said, "how are ya".  I said "who is this" and they said "I think I have the wrong number" and hung up.  He just sounded like an older guy who was confused.  Maybe a patient at the hospital?  Number looks up as a doctor in Rochester.

Calls from patients at Rochester General Hospital display this number.  It could be coming from ANY patient phone.  As some patients are confused or disoriented, it could easily be a wrong number.

You can block it through your phone. White pages caller ID app is the easiest to use

A man with a deep voice called and asked for a woman's name and then asked if he was calling the phone number which was mine. I said there was nobody here by that name and he hung up it is about 3:15 in the afternoon

2 calls:  1:45 & 1:49 AM (Eastern). I didn't pick-up.  Caller left message but didn't say anything.

I was called twice today by that number, I feel offended and abused, I blame Pat!!!

I work at RGH. Have gotten repeated calls on my personal cell from this number for the past week. I never give out my number to patients or staff. Creepy guy says sorry, wrong number, and hangs up.

I got a call from this number an automatic system left a voicemail to confirm an appointment at St. Mary's hospital

Got a call - didn't recognize the number - didn't answer. They didn't leave a message. After reading the previous complaints I'd say it's just a stupid person that regularly 'fat fingers' the phone.

Someone allied with Rochester  General Hospital (where the calls  come from) according to the previous posts, has been at this crazy activity for quite some time; years, in fact.  Frontier should be able to do a reverse trace on this harassment if it's a landline , and report it  to the authorities. The caller must have access to patient protected HIPPA records information, like phone numbers, e g.
