I received a post card from MSG Delivery Service postmarked in Phoenix asking me to call 602-492-3149 for redelivery attempt. When I called 12/30/10 during business hours, all I got was VM asking for parcel numbers and a phone number so that MSG Delivery Service can call me back.  I left my telephone number, but no one has returned my call so far.  I found no such company listed online so I don't know if they're legitimate.

Recently bought a home and was mailed a post card from MSG Delivery Service to the new address with notification of a missed two parcel delivery. Called this number and left a VM (twice) asking to reschedule the delivery. No return calls. Days later another card was left on our door (not mailed) with notification of a second delivery attempt, a final attempt notice! This different card had two new numbers on it, 480-776-5091 (Phoenix) and 1-877-245-0417 (Tuscon). Called the 480 number and got a gentleman who described the package as a collection of new home buyers service offerings from a variety of businesses. He then tried to sell me a home security package.
Someone must be going to the proper office that handles new deed postings, collects names and addresses, and sents out the first mailed post card that eventually leads to a sales call at your door.

I just got the post card in the mail yesterday. I did just recently purchase a home but this was sent to my old address. I called the number a couple of times and left a message.  Now that I know what its all about I can't wait for them to contact me again.  I will at least give them an ear full.

I also just bought a house and got a card with a delivery attempt in the mail box. I thought from the get go it would be a scam like this because what delivery company MAILS you a missed delivery card instead of just putting one on your door? With a real stamp no less. The number on mine is 602-341-3501. I will not be calling them back.

This also goes for the "Phoenix Metro" door hangs I keep getting. It's solicitations for new home buyers. Not very happy with my lender for selling me out so quickly.

My mom received a card that said " Sorry We Missed You" from MSG Delivery Service. Better Faster Smarter... date 3/31/14 (hand written date) with a parcel number and my moms last name. It says for re-delivery attempt Please call 888-593-0911. When I call its a voice mail to leave a message. The post stamp says Phoenix AZ 850 7. It has a blue humming bird stamp.  My mom said if they really had a package they would have already delivered it. And its not form any creditable mailing company.

Same deal as above....rec'd card from 1-888-593-0911.  Get a recording asking for name and number.  Left a number, but no name. Tried to call back again and it said mailbox full!  This is some kind of scam....

It's for a security system. Pretty sneaky marketing....just creepy that I actually thought someone knocked on my door with a package...instead it's some hole picking off new deeds.

Received card on door 12/14/2014 from this place. Same number. Just bought home.

Same deal. Bought home in Cave Creek in January 2015. Got MSG Deliver Service notice in mailbox on 2/2/2014. Though different number from above: (602) 341-3501. No answer and no message before voice message beep. Made me suspicious and I found the other posts here. Thanks for sharing about these "scams".

Got the same card, MSG Delivery Service. Googled it came to this site. Didn't call don't think I will. Postcard came to new address. Say, "We attempted to:
Deliver (check marked), 2 (handwritten), parcels, parcel number handwritten.

Name, my name (handwritten)

We attempted delivery on Fri (check marked)

Adult signature required (check marked)

For re-elect attempt Please call 602 341 3501"

Interesting to note a young man a couple days prior tried to make a sales call in person about a security system while I was moving stuff into the house. I told him now was most certainly a bad time.  He was polite and left.

This isn't a scam. MSG Delivery Service great company has package for me to receive with quickly. Happy I was for to pick up my parcel.

Just kidding. This is definitely a scam. I just purchased a house in central Phoenix and got a post card with THREE stamps on it. Really? 3 stamps for one post card? They must have gotten a good deal on old stamps. There is a 20 cent, a 10 cent and a 5 cent. I was more interested in the stamps than the packages I never ordered.

Got the same postcard when I bought new home. Total and 100% sales, sales and more sales. Don't call then they have you on caller I.D.

Just selling more [***] that is all.

We found a delivery notice from "MSG Delivery Service Better Faster Smarter..."  a day after we closed on our house. The notice indicated that the service had attempted to deliver 2 parcels on Thursday. The number of parcels and the parcel number was handwritten. The statement "We attempted to:” had two choices: "Deliver" and "Pick up". The "Deliver" choice had a hand-marked X next to it. Below that, a hand-marked box indicated, "Adult signature required". At the bottom, the notice said "For re-delivery attempt Please call 602 341 3501”.

Because we got the notice just before Christmas, and because it was marked as needing an "adult" signature, we assumed that a family member had sent us some wine pr other adult beverage for the holidays. Moreover, because we had picked up mail and packages at the front door as we came in, we didn't realise that the notification had been *mailed* to us. I didn't realise that fact until I read the comments of several posters here; after reading these comments, I flipped over the notice and saw the stamp! Too late -- I'd already called and left my voicemail with my address and phone number. Argh. That was 6 days ago. No call-back yet, but I gather that we should expect to be harrassed soon.

All, thanks for describing this to me.  I had one in my mail that said they missed delivery the 2nd day I was in my home...when I was in my home.  What a bunch of jerks...like I would buy from anyone who misleads me from the first?  NO

Seems to be a pattern of new home buyers receiving the delivery notices from MSG Delivery service, as I am a new home buyer and received the similar notice from MSG. Although companies soliciting new home buyers to sell their goods and services using recent recordings from public records is nothing new, MSG's approach seems to be a new twist that just smells really fishy.

I just bought a new house and got the card - I guess this company is soliciting. They say they are delivering but when I asked from which company the guy avoided my answer and said he had another call to please hold on. After a min waiting I hung up.
