i just called this number and after many ringsarecording came on sayingthis number was no longer avaiable but i could leave a message~i told them i had reported them and not to call my number again! we'll see. i thinkit is a scam operation trying to find out your info about anything, bank, ards adrress what-ever-this is how idenetity gets stolen.

Unwanted phone calls

This company is know as American Market. They call me like 3-4 times daily for the past 2 months. I called the number back once and spoke to someone and told them to take my name and number off of their list and she got real snotty with me and i told them if they didn't stop I would contact the BBB. They still continue to call. I don't answer b/c my phone doesn't ring for their number but when I try to call it back now it says their number is dissconnected. I'm looking into this American Market company and contacting the BBB and maybe they can do something about this harassment.

I called Verizon Wireless and had the phone number blocked. I would suggest to everyone, landline or wireless, call your provider and have the number BLOCKED.  I was told by verizon, it would be blocked for 3 months and then I would have to block it again, which I can do online.  :)

I am with sprint and they currently can not block any numbers. They claim that system is down and has been for 2 months. I filed a report with the Pheonix AZ police department and they said they are doing an investigation on it. I would suggest doing the same. They called me last night and asked me if I wanted to die and hung up. Don't just shrug these people off as they do have most all of our information.

They have been calling me for months.

This number calls at least 4 times a day.Today I called it back and an operator told me it is no longer in sevice.How can this be? I have reported it twice to the FCC.

I've been getting a call from this number EVERY DAY for the past 2 weeks. And sometimes its 2 or more times a day. They don't leave messages, and I just ignore them. It stops over the weekend and then starts up bright and early on Monday morning.

i get these calls also it comes from american market i try to call the # backe and it says this is a recording this # is not in service

Just got call from this number with no voicemail. Tried to call back and got a message the the number was disconnected. I get this call about twice a day.

I have been receiving calls on my wireless phone from this number for weeks.  I have answered, there was no one there.  Called back, says it's "not in service", which must be a bogus recording.

After reading all of the horrendous things that these people have said to others when they answered, I called AT&T wireless to see what they can do.  They don't have the ability to block a phone number -- unless you purchase their product for parents.  I decided to purchase it.  I can now block individual phone numbers.

I filed a complaint at donotcall.gov.  What else can be done?  I think these people are probably not in Phoenix, or if they are, they're scraping the web or getting people's phone numbers some other way.

How are they benefitting from crank calling thousands of people?  Are they just sick, or are people actually giving them money?

I keep getting calls from this number. Answered once months ago & got into a fight with the guy because I asked "who is calling" he said is this (my name) & I said "may I ask who is calling" he refused to say who the call was from so I hung up.  He was very rude. If he is really with any customer service he is quite obviously not trained or is unable to understand the job.

I get about 4-7 calls a day from them.  I reported to the FCC.

I am with Sprint and they enable you to block certain phone #'s by logging into your account and clicking My Preferences.  At the bottom left corner, click block voice, choose your account and enter the phone number you wish to block.

I'm receiving several calls from this number. It's annoying. What I can do to stop these calls?
I'm living in Massachusetts.
