I received a call from this number and when I called it back, got the recording ... You have reached a number that is no longer in service...it sounds like some pathetic hackers having fun to me.

This company calls daily at least three to 6 times a day. It is driving me crazy. Is there any way to have this number blocked?

I just received a call from this number, he claimed my mother requested information, Identified his company as "PUBLIC NATIONAL FUNDING"

He said it was regarding my mother inquiring about working a few extra hours a week to make $.
He gave me a callback number of 877-448-9555

I'd bet money it's another scam of some sort. I'd also be willing to bet my mother's information was purchased by their company. I know of no "inquiries" made by her to make money.

It appears to be a company that provides you with credit card processing "solutions".

I think it's a load of BS. He tells me it's about making money, and the website shows that. I really hope there aren't people out there dumb enough to fall for this....

Same story here...I keep asking them to remove the number...they keep asking for "Walter"...and I keep telling them that there is no Walter that lives here....remove the # I say....they call at least twice a day...I've just started answering and hanging up...since no one is listening to my requests, but I'd really like to just have them stop calling....I'd love to report these jerks....

Lady named Cynthia Madeson (she made sure i knew it was with an E!)  from the so- called Republic National Funding.  The # was 602-682-8702. I let her go on for about 20 mins and then told her I didn't even have the $235 they were asking for up front. Then she tells me its ok and I can just charge it on my cc. So then I told her all my cc's were maxed out due to christmas shopping.  After I let her know I didn't have the $ her tone completely changed and she got off the phone in a split second!! All they want is your money! And now she's calling me back.... unbelievable... lol I wish these people would go out and get real jobs instead of stealing $ from the people that do have one!

they were very rude and asked for my daughter then just hanged up on me.

I too got a call from this number. I did not answer as I felt it was a solicitor. I was right, a telepest.

Got a call today but no answer upon pickup, and got a strange "Number has been disconnected" on checking. How can a disconnected number call out?

These [***] are calling from Arizona and also call from 520 area code.  They think they are getting around the "do not call" issue by saying YOU initiated the call by asking for information about making money from home.  They call my elderly mother numerous times EVERY DAMN DAY. She does not use the internet, so I have no idea why they have her number.  I started answering and was polite the first umpteem times.  No more.  Everybody ... get a whistle and start blasting them.  If enough people do it, maybe they'll be afraid to keep calling.  Also, REPORT THEM to the attorney general!

Darin - I've done this with Verizon, but these people have so many phone lines, they just call back on another line.  Verizon only lets you block 10 number; eventually, they're all used and the calls keep comin'!

CAller ID says "American Market" which I guess means marketing.

The caller id says the called name is:  Phoenix  AZ.  They never leave a message but call several times a day.

this number has called several times day and night. i want it stopped. they leave no message and i am not calling it back. American Market? thats crap. its a front for an illegal scam. they are scumbags preying  and harrassing people. do not call registry is a joke. no one wants to know . well i just want it stopped.
