This number keeps calling my cell will not stop

7 calls from this number in less than 48 hrs.  I'm on the Do Not Call list and have filed a complaint every time they call.  Have filed a complaint with the FCC.  Hopefully something will get done!  I will continue to file complaints after every call.

Continue to get calls from this number.  Only my friends and family have my cell number who are these people?  I want it to stop.

I keep getting call and hang up no message from this number

This phone number 603-214-3653 keeps callimg me and its dead silent...I have tracked it to calling me 5-8 times a day!

I'm sick to death of getting these worthless spam calls!!!!  I answer and no one is there.  I call back and the line is busy.  Call again and they say "if you want to be removed from our list, press one".
So I do that, and they call again the next day and the next and the next.

I found their email address: info@theotogroup.com.  Could not find an office location, but these are the people.

They were trying to find a model home in our area to give as a free security system, in exchange for putting a small sign in our yard. Said sorry not interested. Well I just need to connect you to a specialist to confirm you are interested. I said but I am not interested. Well I can't log that a specialist will have to speak to you. I said you have been calling me 7 times a day for 4 days, I simply picked up to tell you not to call, please take my number off your list. Well, I would really like to part as friends the economy has made crime rate skyrocket home security systems are a must for homeowner protection. I will now connect you to a specialist. We are not friends, and I don't deal with people who cannot take no for an answer. He started talking about a specialist and I hung up.

This New Hampshire based number has called me in excess of 4 times in a single day. The first time I picked up there was no answer. This irritates me to no extent because my plan is based on minutes which I don't feel free to waste.

Have reported this company to do not call registry - they are persistent - rude - but screaming in their ear does appear to affect their hearing and ability to continue talking - whilst amusing me.  Time to start using the whistle again! ;)

this is some bogus call

"Tom" started calling me at the time when a hacker broke into some of my online accounts (ebay, gmail). Check your email return when you change a password in your online accounts. In my case, I am certain that "Tom" is calling to get more information about me for identity theft purposes. I have put a lock on my credit accounts and changed all passwords online. Heh... he stopped calling, at least, for now.  This is beyond just a phone abuse issue. Beware all....

I am called almost daily.  I don't answer the phone for the number is not familiar.  Annoyance.  The phone number is 603-214-3653

Persistent SOB's, 5 calls today, 3 yesterday.  I don't pick up.

I have received call every day for months from this number:  603-214-3653 OTO GROUP.   I've hung up on them, and let most calls go to voice mail.  I'm also on the "do not call list" - it makes no difference to these telemarketers.  I suggest everyone report this number to the do not call registry also.

I don't want OTO Group to call me any more.

They called my house 5 times today. they need to be stoped. How do you stop them??????

We just filed an online complaint as others have suggested at fcc.gov.

Our story is the same as many already reported. They wanted to put a "free" security system in and put a sign in our yard. We told them we were not interested, and today they called 3 times.
